Good to order Indian groceries online. Reasonable prices and timely delivery always. I'm a regular customer and highly recommend this store.

No communication. No one answered the calls. I chose a weekend slot but they sent it whenever they wanted.

Excellent Service !!! Always delivered on time. Customer support is very good !! Fresh vegetables always. Most of the items available. Guneet and Anthony always help on time regarding order stuff, refund, etc

Be mindful when you take some veggies on scale as I had a 285gm added to all of my scaled veggies, not sure if this was by mistake or intended but it’s not fair for on customers to pay more and get fooled..

Quite a few items were missing in delivery

I have been ordering from Sadda store for over a year and their services and quality of vegetables is great. It’s always delivered in time and the staff is helpful. Special mention to Anthony who always goes out of the way to help me adding more items whenever needed and always available to help out.

Why is it that for most Indians and Pakistanis - words like "scam" or "cheat" or "corruption" just goes hand in hand because that is what this company is - a "cheat" and a "scam"

I ordered 2.5 kg Chausa Mangoes from this site in June'23. When the package got delivered, I noticed that it's just one box of mangoes with 6 pcs in it. The box didn't look that heavy so I weighed it using my scale and the weight of mangoes with the box was 1.54 kg. So a whole 1 kg of mango was missing. When I complained about it SaddaOnline asked me for picture of the box and the supplier's name on the box. I sent them all pics including the pic where I weighed the mangoes in box on my scale showing 1.54 kg.

SaddaOnline took ages to finally revert and confirm that the box delivered was okay and that I was delivered the medium box that I ordered. I reiterated that I had placed an order for 2.5 kg mangoes which is also mentioned on the invoice and that they had delivered a 1.54 kg box.

SaddaOnline remains adamant and are sticking to their point that they delivered the right box (medium box) and this online shop has decided to completely ignore the fact that the "weight" delivered isn't the same as the "weight" ordered.

Buyers beware - this is a company that fails to understand the difference between weight ordered vs weight delivered. Don't get fooled by these cheats. It's clear that they will not refund me for the missing 1 kg of mangoes so I have no other choice but to dispute this charge with my credit card company.

What this company didn't consider for even a second is that you can't busy ignore the customers these days as some customers have an influencing power. I am blessed to have 4800+ followers on instagram and 3700+ subscribers on YouTube (yes I am an influencer and a YouTuber in my free time) - so now watch how I inform my insta followers and my YouTube subscribers to stay away from such cheats. Good variety of Indian grocery items and delivery service is good.

We have been associated with Sadda for more than a year now.. Great choice of Asian groceries, super service along with great on time delivery. Would highly recommend them....

Prompt delivery. Good customer care support. On time refunds incase of any missing or out of stock items. Overall a great experience and ease of shopping groceries online.

Sadda is our preferred choice to purchase Asian groceries for the last couple of years, they are usually prompt with delivery and the quality of products. I would recommend them to focus a bit more on the availability of some products like Ghee etc which are usually out of stock. Otherwise, both offline and online experience has been very good.

Nice service. Fresh vegetables delivered to door. Refund process was good in case of any damaged items. But it was very rare that we get damaged item but all the vegetables are always delivered fresh hence I am very much reliable on their delivery service.

Very bad online delivery service. Spoiling their shop reputation. Took 1.5 weeks to receive my order that too after multiple follow ups. Nobody picks up phone and probably just one person works on online delivery

Order 1 pack of each basmati rice, ponni boiled rice and ponni raw rice. But they sent me 2 ponni raw rice instead of ponni boiled rice

I ordered my groceries and few of them were missing from it, I even complaint and asked for refund but they never returned it, will never ever order from here anymore.

Complete transaction was easy and quick. Would definitely order again.

It's been a week, one of the item in product isn't delivered yet.

No response when you call the store.
No response for mail also.
