Great service for great products
I was interested in getting a Barbour Beaufort jacket. I reached out to get information on sizing and Sara was exceptionally helpful. She also helped walk me through the ordering process since it's gotten more complex with tariffs and all. The ordering process was easy and my jacket was shipped quickly and arrived timely. you had a Globetrotter suitcase handle…
you had a Globetrotter suitcase handle which was great. Slightly concerned it was the last one and they are no longer on the web site. My case is 23 years old and I have had to replace the handles twice. So am worried where I will get the next one from

Thank you for your feedback Alison. I think Globetrotter is still making the handles but they have increased so much in price over the years that we are nervous about holding too much stock. Hopefully we will be in a position to supply you if you ever need another although they tend to last donkey's years.

Very trustworthy and pleasant purchase
I made my first purchase with Cox the Saddler and I was very glad I did. The owner kept me informed of the progress of the purchase to be shipped to the US. She also made sure that I was aware of the correct measurement before the purchase.
The shop itself carries a fair amount of UK merchandises that we cannot find here in the US. I certainly will purchase from Cox the Saddler again.
