My daughter’s necklace broke or rather…

My daughter’s necklace broke or rather a piece came off. I emailed customer service and they responded quickly and a replacement was sent out also immediately!!!
What fantastic customer service and my daughter will be thrilled when it arrives.

I cannot recommend SAEGE enough 5*

Saege bracelets

I have a few bracelets from SAEGE . A couple arrived damaged , but customer representative was helpful and shipped new ones. Their bracelets are so beautiful! The company has an array of colors ; I’m sure that you will find several to purchase😊 . The bracelets will add a touch of elegance to any outfit . I highly recommend.

Charmed Necklace with initial. …

My necklace arrived and one of the charms must of been damaged during shipping.
I contacted Saege to inform them.
I had immediate response letting me know that they were replacing necklace.
I most certainly will purchase from them again. It was a pleasure to deal with them and without any hassle.

I have now had three pieces of…

I have now had three pieces of jewellery and each one is beautiful, I had a slight issue with one of the earrings, sent an email and within 10 minutes I had a reply and a brand new pair sent out to me.
Fantastic service!
Would highly recommend

Do not order from here

I left a review here about two months ago, and unfortunately, the only way to get a response seems to be by posting publicly—so here I am again.

I placed an order for four necklaces back in early June for a trip I was taking in August. The original order took over a month and a half to arrive—and when it finally did, it was delivered to a completely wrong city in Washington, nowhere near where I live.

I contacted customer service, and after a lot of back and forth, they finally agreed to send a replacement. That new package arrived the day before my trip—but it was the wrong order entirely: I received one bracelet and two rings instead of the necklaces I ordered.
At this point, I was beyond frustrated. I contacted them again, and they apologized and said they would send another replacement. I told them I no longer wanted the items—I had waited months and gone through way too much hassle. I just wanted a refund.

After more back and forth, they finally agreed—saying they “normally wouldn’t issue a refund” because the original package was marked as delivered. Delivered where, though? It was delivered to the wrong address, miles and miles away from me, across the water.

They told me they’d make an exception and issue the refund. A week and a half passed, and I still hadn’t received it. I followed up again, only to be told they changed their mind and would no longer issue the refund because the original package showed as delivered.
To be clear: it was delivered to the wrong place, I never received it, and they acknowledged that. Yet they’re still refusing to issue a refund, even after promising one.
It has now been months of dealing with this, and I’m left with nothing I ordered, a lot of wasted time, and zero resolution.

Do yourself a favor—don’t order from here. It’s just not worth the hassle.

Beautiful items

These are beautiful necklaces and have had many complements. Have bought four now. Had a slight issue with one but it was handled amazingly and I got a replacement

I’d definitely buy more!

My earrings arrived quickly in a beautiful package! I love my new gold studs, I had a larger 6mm pair and wanted something a bit smaller, and these are perfect. I just wish Saege had more affordable gold jewelry, I’d definitely buy more!

Problem with product

There was a problem with my purchase whereby my neckless started to discolour. As you sell these beautiful necklaces with a 1 year guarantee and tarnish free I contacted you customer services.
There were quick to respond and once they seem the photos I sent a new necklace was posted out.
Fantastic product and customer service.
