Our whole experience with SAE to have our solar panels installed was wonderful. Mark provided us with expert, honest advice about our solar needs for the most reasonable price around. Catriona and Daryelle arranged all aspects of the installation for us at a time that suited us and Luke and team installed the panels in a matter of hours and didn’t leave til they checked it was all working! After sales service has been great too with SAE following up and ensuring our connection has been recognised by our electricity supplier. Couldn’t be happier and the panels look great too- thanks so much!

Just had SAE install a Tesla battery for us to accompany our 2 year old solar panel system. Damien was amazing from the very start- all my questions answered in layman’s terms & different options explained until I had a firm understanding. Updates on installation process were constant by the team which was appreciated The installers, Tim & Harry were fantastic. Tidy, efficient, and again happy to spend time walking me through it. SAE recently installed our 8.8kw solar system (24 panels) with a 6kw inverter and a12.6kw battery. SAE provided the best of 3 quotes for the job and were helpful throughout the process of deciding what system we wanted. After ordering they appointed a liaison person which made follow up easy and quick. The installation team were great. Installation was 9 weeks after deposit was paid (we were expecting 5-6 weeks) but this delay is understandable given supply chain shortages and the constant wet weather in recent times.
We started out with very little knowledge of solar and were unsure about what system to install and who to use. We are pleased we chose SAE.

Great experience from SAE for installing my 6.6KW Sungrow Hybrid inverter system with Sunpower panels, Damian McMahon helped me to choose the right system for me and he followed up from start to finish. The quality of the materials used, installation and workmanship of the electricians are highly commendable. Overall, great value for money compared to cheap solar players in the industry.

This is the third time that I have done business with SAE Group - solar panels, A/C and now the Tesla Powerwall. They are a great company to deal with, always polite, professional and efficient. The installers were excellent, as always.

From the first phone call to the follow up call after installation SAE Group's service was excellent. They kept in constant contact and kept me up to date with what was happening with each step. They explained it at a level I could understand as I am not overly tech minded. The customer service was first rate and the staff whom I spoke to were very polite and helpful. The installation team were on site for two days and very friendly, professional and got the job done without any fuss or problems. Cleaned up afterwards the whole experience was very pleasant. Would recommend them to anyone who wishes to have solar put on the resident.

We recently had SAE Group install solar, ducted air conditioning and replaced an existing split system. From the quoting through to delivery, their service was brilliant. The quotes were competitive, the staff kept us informed through the entire process and the installers were friendly, polite and efficient. A great experience all around!
