We got all the required info from the beginning. I like details. We got a quality system and a competitive price. The installers were great. They contacted me a day early to do part of the install, as there was rain forecast the next day. They worked hard and got it all finished the next morning. The system works very well, with full monitoring. Love it.

Everything went according to plan from our first contact to installation. Simon came to our home & was very friendly & professional. We never even bothered to get any other Quotes as we felt comfortable with SAE. The guys arrived when they said they would & even though it was a stinking hot day they carried on regardless. They were both very polite & knowledgeable. Tanguy was very patient & answered all our questions & made sure we understood everything. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the SAE Group.

Our 6kW solar system was installed last week. From our first contact with Mark at SAE right through to post-installation our experience with SAE has been very positive. A big thank you to Catriona who provided regular updates regarding our installation. Likewise, a big shoutout to Luke and his team for great work in installing our sixteen panels, taking us through the post-installation process and leaving a tidy worksite. Well done guys.
Some useful tips. Contact you electricity retailer to arrange the installation of your smart meter as soon as possible after SAE have advised you of your panel installation date. This will do away with any delays (in our case, fifteen days) before your smart meter is installed. We live on a rural property so the approval time to from our electricity supplier was longer; in our case a four week delay in obtaining approval from Essential Energy to install our system.

The whole process ran smoothly but took forever to have installed. It was 23 weeks from Deposit to Install.
Good follow up after the install and running smoothly now.

The team that came to install were excellent. Neat, polite and very professional. We would highly recommend.

Good work but took longer time to install , I had to call them to install app to monitor the system . Eventually it worked but I had to take another day off to get app installed . Overall excellent work . I will certainly recommend them.

Mark's quoting process was helped by his professionalism and he guided us in regards to our end decisions on which makes to go with. He answered all our questions and was extremely helpful in explaining the different components of solar power.
Arthur and Joel did a fantastic job installing our panels. They were prompt and courteous and friendly throughout the entire process. It was all completed the same day and we are extremely happy with the result.

We recently had SAE Group install solar at our home in Casuarina. The whole process from initial quote, through to the paperwork and then installation was very easy and also quick. We initially dealt with John as our sales agent and he was very good with explaining not only the hardware but also guiding us through the process. We dealt with Nikayla as our account manager and she was also very easy to deal with and made it easy. We then had Tanguy and his partner (I feel bad that his name has slipped my memory) do the installation. I can’t praise them enough for their professionalism, punctuality and work ethic as well as both of them just being very nice guys.

Overall I have no hesitation in highly recommending SAE Group to anyone looking to have a solar installation carried out on their house.

From sales to call centre to install, these guys were professional, went above and beyond. I would recommend genuinely to anyone in the Coffs area as the team are great. My roofing was old and had some unforeseen complications but the guys sorted it out, with great communication, quick thinking and transparent solutions. A great choice

SAE is an excellent company. Their pricing, product knowledge and after sales service are exemplary. Some of the technical issues I had onsite were dealt with skilfully, patiently and with outstanding follow-up phone calls from their customer service managers to make sure that everything was running smoothly. Briony Webster deserves special mention here for her special commitment to customer needs, attention to detail, follow-up and sense of humour. On the two site visits to my home, I noticed different apprentices accompanying the team. Clearly SAE has a commitment to the training and development of our young people as well. Throughout the process all personnel were helpful, polite and knowledgeable. The quote was competitive and prompt. It was better talking to Reuben on site and he proved to be very helpful. On the day of installation, which was a difficult weather day, Luke and his team worked very hard in trying conditions and completed the job in a most professional manner. The installation in the garage was done to avoid unsightly conduits and the rooftop layout was discussed again before the final decision was made. Everything Luke and his team did was to a very high standard and the place was left spotlessly clean. Afterwards, backup from Nikayla was excellent as we sorted out a problem with the electricity company and the status of the meter. Thank you SAE.
