We recently dealt with Briony at your Coffs Harbour office to organise an air conditioning unit to be fitted for one of our disabled friends . She was amazing . Her customer service skills are excellent and she was able to recommend the right unit and came back to us with an awesome price . She went out of her way to make sure everything went ahead without a hitch and even rang us to confirm once the job had been completed and to make sure we were happy . Well done Briony would highly recommend you and the sae group to our friends and family

Great experience
Great experience, so glad I found SAE Group.
When looking into solar I found the market was flooded with pushy sales people and offers that felt like scams.
I was grateful to find SAE Group, right from the initial meeting through to the after sales support, they have been professional, supportive and communicated well.
I would definitely recommend.

SAE Group installed 2 solar systems for me - Always helpful and reliable.
SAE Group installed my first 6.5kW in 2014. SAE Group provides excellent after-sales service and advice. All SAE Group installers, service crew and office staff are courteous and have strong product knowledge. I always felt that my call was as crucial to them as it was to me. And they always arrive at the agreed time and stay until the completion of the job.
SAE Group installed another 6,6kW system in June 2021. The service remains to be a high standard, and the system output has exceeded expectations.
I freely recommend SAE Group.

The SAE Group in Tweed Heads -
The SAE Group were very professional in all aspects of my solar journey. The customer service team were polite and helpful when answering all my questions. The team that arrived to do the installation were on time and very respectful when they needed to gain access to my home. By far the best team of tradies I have dealt with in a long time. Great installation and communication
Great installation and communication. We got a few quotes, and this wasn't the cheapest, but the SAE fella came out to actually look at the house (you would be surprised how many don't), seemed more knowledgeable, so we went with them. There was some delay between signing up and installation, but we are in the middle of a construction boom, and supply is tough. Neat install, and on the day they changed the configuration to save a bit of money on the contract. System is working great.

SAE Group sold and installed a 36 panel…
SAE Group sold and installed a 36 panel Solar System for us in June 2021.
The whole process from quotation, design and through to installation was professionally completed. Communication was detailed, informative and SAE stuck to the schedule at all times.
SAE are probably not the cheapest, but the end result that last for years provides the best value for money.
