Scam scam scam !!!!!! Sweaters arrive but are not as described in terms of materials. No way to return the items once ordered. Avoid disappointment and do not order.

The Men’s Sweater I ordered is high-quality. The wool feels premium and it’s very comfortable.

Buyer beware

Well to begin, I tried to cancel the order immediately after ordering was told couldn’t as it was already shipped. A month later I received them. 100% polyester from China. Though pretty it’s not what I ordered at all. This site is a total scam! Do not buy from these liars. False advertising!

I purchased what I thought was a wool Icelandic sweater and received a cheap acrylic version that looks nothing like what I ordered. The email I sent was returned as undeliverable. I contact my CC co and am in the process of disputing the transaction. DO NOT BUY from this company. It is a scam!

Buyers beware

I ordered two sweaters at the end of October and never received them. I’ve emailed the company multiple times with no response. My most recent email was returned as undeliverable. Appears to be a scam based on my experience and the other reviews here.

What has happened with my order

What has happened with my order! It never arrived. I paid $64.95 for a Classis Icelandic Wool Sweater, order number #22733 on November 15, 2025, however nothing has arrived. I received a tracking number "YT2532100712585976", on November 18, 2025, but your site now says there is no record of it. What is going on?

The order wasn't correct

The order wasn't correct. The sweaters aren't wool. You would think that when ordering an Icelandic wool sweater, it would be made of wool. Cheap crap that was shipped from China.

this “company” uses AI images and false information to trick a buyer into believing sweaters purchased will be authentic Icelandic hand knit wool sweaters. It’s a scam. The sweaters are cheap, machine mass made. The color and design are stamped on thin polyester fabric with machine sewn seams. Initially they advised items are returnable, however no response to my repeated emails. No return address on the package, nor phone number on their site. Package took two weeks to arrive, lending one to think it came from Asia (China). Beware!

I ordered women's 3x based on the sizing chart & it's at least 3 sizes too small with sleeves long enough for a small child. The company does not have a phone number & there is no reply to numerous emails. Very poor quality. I believe this is a scam & now I'm out $200.00.

Took weeks to receive

Took weeks to receive. Poorly made, not true to size 1-2 sizes soo small. Looks like a China product. Customer pays return. I should have looked more closely and I would never have ordered.

Not handknit, wool - can't return

I'm going to lower my ranking of this company. I tried to send one of the sweaters back and no one ever responded to multiple requests. It's close to a scam! Definitely not what they say in their promotions. Stay away from this company! I ordered and received three. It took about 10 days, which I didn't think was out of line. Two of the sweaters, cardigan and Nordic Style, are okay and I will keep. They definitely are not hand knit and are not wool, but there's no indication of what the yarn is. The colors are nice. They are a bit on the big side, so order a size down if you can. The striped pullover sweater is made of a very odd material, something between a sweatshirt and a felted sweater. I'll try to send it back.

Don't take the bait!

Yep, paid for an 'Icelandic Wool' sweater. Received a cheap, 100% acrylic, ill-fitting sweater that I would never purchase. What a SCAM!

Ugly polyester junk, scam company …

They claim to sell “authentic Icelandic wool” sweaters. I received 100% polyester (according to their own labels!) ugly sweaters that do not look like the photos. I think the whole site is made by AI and the company has no connection to Iceland. I should have known it was too good to be true. I’m guessing their money back guarantee will also be a scam.

Scam

They need zero stars. This website is a scam. They claimed to be selling Icelandic wool sweaters. All the sweaters I received were cheap 100% polyester. Shameful, evil sellers.

Clearly AI

If the company really is a third generation family business, why do they have to use obviously AI photos?

OH LORD NO, NO, NOOOOOOOO

I just saw their website and realize they are part of several other people in US closing/retiring for many heart rending reasons. So obvious, similar stories and types of photos with Americans and warm and snuggly . If it isn't jewelry with Lara/Laura Green, it is Salea Company . Several different scams now online and look the same with almost exact stories to pull on your heart strings!!! What a JOKE! Discover finally got the better of them and refunded my money for cheap ugly jewelry foreign mad jewelry. This site is cleanly of the same scam genre. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM>
