Peter was sent out to fix an issue with the tracker that had been swapped from our old car to the new one.

A great job done, removed my dash cam front and rear from my car to be sold. The engineer was a bit late but he phoned me and kept me informed on the time he would arrive.

What a professional engineer Peter jay was. He arrived on time and replaced my faulty unit in a very short time to the very best standard. His knowledge was second to none, filled me with total confidence a great asset to any company

Had Safe and Sound Essex install a Ghost Immobiliser in my car a few months ago now and the entire process was extremely smooth, professional and have had no issues.

Was a fast turnaround from the initial contact, had the install booked within a few days. Overall the install didn’t take long, then spent some time with the engineer talking through how it works, different features and what buttons I can use on my car as part of my combination.

Just wanted to leave a review for the great service I received for my *immobiliser repair*. The job was done to a high standard and on time, but what really stood out was the customer service. Polite, clear communication and Peter went the extra mile to make sure everything was right. Thank you!

Great service. Adam was friendly, trustworthy and informed about the service he offers. Getting a ghost immobiliser fitted was well worth the money, just 4 months after it was installed I had an attempted theft on the vehicle. fortunately they were unable to steal it due to the security system fitted!

An absolutely amazing team of people, been a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend them. We had a warranty issue on the car (unrelated to the ghost) but after a quick call to Safe and Sound they contacted the dealer and liased with them to resolve the issues. They removed all the stress and worry.

The communication was great from the beginning when I spoke to the ladies who worked in their offices . I was given options for an appointment that suited me best. I had a Ghost fitted by Luca and his service was amazing. He took his time to explain everything to me and offered great customer service. I would highly them to anyone looking for their services.

The whole experience was amazing. From first enquiry to ordering and then fitting of Ghost 2 immobiliser and tracker. Everything went perfectly.
The engineer who fitted it, Luca, did a clean, quick and efficient job and then had the patience to teach me how to use it.
