Excellent apparaat. Maar there was a damage part and I have returned one week ago. Until today, 8 days later, I haven't received any confirmation of answer from the shop. This l consider a lack of responsibility and I feel very disappointed. Because of this situation I hope to get my return money asap.

My experience is negative. I contacted your klanterservice bec my order was lost and you just want to get Rod of the problem and put it in the client's.
You literally said this to me:

Feedback indicates that it was delivered without any details.
Unfortunately, we will have to assume that it was delivered here and will not be able to offer an additional solution."

Exceptional Customer Care and Service
Highly satisfied with the after sales service that SafeCourt Kitchen provided. I had an issue with my toaster/contact grill, and sent over an email together with a video to explain the fault. On the same day they had replied and had a new contact/grill delivered home the day after. I was really impressed with this type of service given, and highly recommend their kitchen tools.
