Abbas was great and made the course content engaging. He also didn’t mind the fact we had a Christmas party in the office and even took the photo for us.

Our emergency first aid at work course was led by Abbas. It was great, there was lots of engagement between Abbas and the class and it was very informative. I feel that if I am in a position where I would need to administer first aid, I would be able to do so more confidently. Thank you Abbas and Safe Haven Training

Due to complications at work I had to do the 3 days course rather than sit the re qualification... and I do not regret it. Graham and Trudy are knowledgeable, friendly and well equipped. I feel better prepared for the next 3 years than if I had just done an at work top up and know that If I have to use it, that they will be right there with me.

The training was just what I needed as the trainer made sure the skills required to be a good first aider was given, well coordinated, practice sessions were top notch. Graham Stanley thanks for being a good trainer and instructor. Well recommended always.

Graham & Trudy were brilliant and very informative. Time was taken over everything so that we took everything in and weren't overwhelmed. I feel more confident in administering first aid and spotting symptoms of illness.

Great course, Graham Stanley and Trudy went above and beyond and answered any questions I had (and they were a lot) haha, refreshments were provided and I feel a lot more confident in my first aid abilities now.

I always dread this training, and find it extremely stressful,but not in this case with Jorge today.
He's so knowledgeable, informative and keeps the whole group interested.
I learnt a few things I hadn't done previously.
