I don't like not having a guide on how to use the screen. We also were not shown that the smoke and broken glass detectors were active.

I tried calling a number of times and asked to speak to a manager. The reply was a form email ... each saying something meaningless to my request.
I finally got a reply to say that a manager had tried to call me, but I did not answer his/her call. This said to me that since I wasn't available 24/7 that I shouldn't expect any additional service from Safe Home. I will have to tell anyone who asks me that this is the type of customer service that they should expect from Safe Home.

They will promise you will send new contract after 6 months to maintain a 5dollar per month bill. People will do everything just to have some sales. Specially here in TN agent name is Quarterruis Manuel. Dont fall for this person will lie just to get you sign for thier company. Equipment break needs always reboot.

Mad as hell continue. My horror continues today is 1/22/2024. I still have my wires expose and hanging in my garage. I don’t have my cameras installed I haven’t received any monies return. No one from corporate has not responded to me directly. I have to receive medical hospitalization from the stress they have bestowed on me. I’m still Mad as hell
