I emailed the company about an issue I had with My order and the quality of it as I was upset and I’ve gotten no reply back this is really upset me it’s been 4 days now since

Absolutely the worst customer service ever.. Timing on website shows items are shipped 2-3days after order, and eta for delivery is 10 days... Based on this is ordered for a rugby tournament. It has been 7 days ano 0 update on the order, it still shows been picked. Contacted customer service and all you get back is " we will escalate" i tried to cancel multiple times, and get no feedback... DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY, buy a reputable brand i stead..

Absolutely appalled by this fraudulent company they say its remodel tech yet is only able to do that 3 to 4 times now it has collapsed on its self and can no longer fit in my mouth so my advice is to send me a new one.if it can't be remodelled a certain amount of times say that instead of lying to us and tell the truth you have wasted 20 pounds

Recommended by a rugby coach. So brought 2. Turned up within 3 days. My son loves the design, colours and feel. They are great for his rugby.

Best Mouthguard I’ve used. Easy to mold and fits perfect. Stays exactly in place when in use too

I liked the design, however I went to fit the guard multiple times and my gums started bleeding and it did not even fit my teeth, it would slip out often and I had to hold it with my teeth to keep it secure, however it was good quality and the design was good.

The gummies stop me from ruining the inside of my mouth, forgot to wear it once and got hurt so they’re perfecy

Followed the instructions but after 15 seconds in hot water it started to melt. Stuck to the side of the bowl and had to prise it out with a spoon. Completely warped beyond use before we could even try and fit it.

Waste of money. Not happy.

I found the gum shield cumfy and very protective but it never moulded right to my mouth

Ordering was easy and straightforward, and delivery was fast. I had previously had an issue with my previous order and this was dealt with professionally and very quickly too!

Bought at dentist for my 13 year old son to protect his braces
Couldn't mould it properly on 1st attempt so put them in hot water for 2nd attempt and it went so out of shape that he couldn't do anything with them
With the price we paid for this I wouldn't recommend this product to any young children to use as you only get one attempt and if you don't succeed you throw it in the bin
