The mouthguard was ruined as soon as it was put in the washer. They're not melt resistant. Buy a different product. Also, it doesn't absorb impact all that well.

I can’t get it to fit my mouth despite putting in boiling water no big deal it is what it is 🙏🙏🫶🫶

Why do advertise custom made Mouthguards and you actually do not manufacture custom made Mouthguards?

I have had a safejawz mouth guard for 4 years. It was easy to mould and fit really well. I bought two for my kids for their martial arts class. The delivery time was good for coming across the globe and other kids are intimidated by their pointy teeth. The 6 year old did bite through the first layer of the guard when we were moulding it. Luckily the second layer held and the guard is still usable.

Made an accidental order emailed them in the same 10min took 3 days to respond then I emailed them another two times they still haven’t resolved the issue I wanted to return my product £20 may not be a lot to some people but in a cost of living crisis it is for me also feels like they are ignoring me on purpose

Would give 0 stars if possible. Order not supplied and when chased have just been ignored. Avoid- waste of money, awful service.

Ordered a custom made gum shield from safejawz. Very straight forward to use the impression kit and the option to choose your own design was really cool. My gum shield arrived very quickly after I sent the kit off and was kept up to date with the details of my order. Great quality product! Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Ordered before reading reviews and was left quite worried after the mixed reviews but my personal service was excellent. Ordered the nitro anti gag gum shield. Got a confirmation email straight after the order. Day after got a delivery email saying it was out. Received my gum shield 2 days after ordering. Easy to mould and fits perfect. Gagged for about 3-5 minutes after re shaping so thought I’d be done over there but after this 5 minute period I haven’t since.

Mouth guard perfect fit all good with it, just had issue with 1st mould, they made it with wrong print on it, they asked me to pay original price for 2nd one, i said no and waited for my mouth guard, they sent 2nd mould kit so i made it and sent it back to them, so i got my mouth guard in around 40 days from start (1st). Like i said good quality product just little mistakes by there end.

The service was terrible I ordered about 2-3months ago potentially even longer than that and. I still don’t have what I had originally ordered.

Perfect fit, delivery took longer than expected though, approximately 3-4 weeks.

Had initial problems with the gumshield but the team resolved this quickly. Be aware that delivery can be longer that what's stated. Overall very happy with the gumshield and final fit.
