Customer service was prompt & efficient.
Highly recommended.

Excellent product but delay was a long one. I was warned after the purchase but still felt arkward attending three weeks of classes whilst I awaited the mouthguard.

The delivery was awful. Took absolutely ages. Feel like it’s quite difficult to fill the mouthguard mould with the amount of putty given. Some more would make it easier and simpler. Also, there’s no protective case to send your mould back in, I’d advise getting one.

Regardless the mould came back (late- yes I know covid has a part to play in this). It was okay, it fitted better than a regular shop mould but nothing on a proper one moulded by the dentist. All in all, it fits, it works, but it’s not as good as their competitors OPro who give the same service for the same price

Amazing service, really pleased with quality.

By far the best gumshield I've ever used. Moulds easily and feels so... compact. It's hard to describe, but as a rugby player you need to be able to communicate on the pitch and with this mouthguard it's easier than with any other.
Had some issues with shipping. Customer support responded instantly and effectively.
I can easily and whole-heartedly recommend safejawz.

The quality of this product is honestly the best on the market, I have been buying dental gumshields for over a decade and this is the best by far. a lot of posts about delivery time but you seriously do you want a fast and under quality item or do you want to wait and receive perfection I know what I would rather do! - my first ever review on a company thus proving my honest and upmost admiration for this product. will use again 5* +++

The gum shield is for my 12 year old rugby playing son,I noticed when he removed the mold it stuck to his teeth,Unfortunately making the mold u/s but thanks guys for sending another kit.

I placed my order two weeks ago and still not have received. On the website it says it will arrive in 7-10 days which is misleading as they mean 7-10 days from when they receive your dental impression. However is has been 12 days since they received the impression. It is not worth the hassle, competitors Will be used next time and I recommend other people use them too.

I have waited for over a month now to receive my gumsheild missed important training and they have made the same mistake twice not writing my address down

Really good quality absolutely worth it comfy fit

Good customer service, offered a 2nd mouthguard refitted for free as I wasn't happy with the fit of the first one. The company would benefit from a more robust fitting process though, clearly, there is room for errors with the postal method.

Although we were not able to fit the gum shield as per instruction, the service from safejawzs was very good.
