We first found safer journey car seats when looking for installation advice after buying an ERF seat online. I didn’t know there were places you could actually get support from on fit / installation as well as buying seats from! Sarah fitted me in quickly and taught me how to fit ny seat safely. We have since bought and had installed a further 2 x ERF seats for in laws cars, with ongoing support when needed. 3 years later, we’ve just bought an infant carrier for our second and couldn’t be happier with the fit and advice received! We would never go anywhere where it recommend anywhere else!

I ordered tethers in plenty of time to be able to take my grandson out for a birthday event. Whilst ordering it said delivery would be 3-5 days. When I received the email with the order confirmation, it said deliveries are taking longer than usual. I still wasn't worried as there was plenty of time. I started to get worried when a week and a half before the event I had heard nothing. So I sent an email informing them that I really needed the tethers for a specific date and could they please ensure they would arrive by then. I had a reply saying they would do all they could. Well they didn't try very hard ! The tethers arrived days after the event, which we had to miss as I could not get my grandson there safely ! I would say it was a good 2 and a half weeks I waited. My guess is they didn't have them in stock but didn't want to say this as they didn't want to miss out on a sale ! Not impressed at all.

I upgraded my son's Axkid Move to a Britax Max-Safe Pro back in April from Safe Journey and am so pleased with my decision! My partner was a bit apprehensive about ordering from a small business - I'm so glad I talked him into it as their customer service is incredible. I had a few questions and struggled slightly with getting the tethers right so I popped a few pictures over to their Facebook page and they were happy to help. They were friendly and didn't make me feel like any question was too silly. I also didn't have to wait more than an hour for a reply to any of my messages - so much better than when I've ordered directly from the brand themselves in the past and proves how much they really care! I've just ordered another Max-Safe Pro from Safe Journey and am so excited for it to be delivered. I'll be recommending them to everyone - thank you very much again!

We brought a britax max safe pro from Sarah on the Tuesday and desperately needed it in time for an hour long trip on the Friday. Sarah advised on which colour would be available to get to us on time and it was here on Thursday! We got it installed and then got baby in and Sarah helped with any little fitting tweaks we needed. We took our trip on the Friday and my daughter was super happy and comfortable in her new seat the whole day!

Sarah is very knowledgeable and friendly and made us feel completely comfortable. We exchanged messages prior to the appointment to discuss when our little one would need a new seat, what our requirements were and budget.

On arrival, Sarah was welcoming and friendly and reconfirmed our requirements. She installed the seat in our car, walking us through it step by step and giving advice and tips along the way. I’m so glad we came to Safer Journey Car seats, the whole experience, which can be quite daunting, felt relaxed and we chose the best car seat to fit our requirements thanks to Sarah.

I would 100% recommend Safe Journey Car Seats! Initially, I messaged asking for some advice on what car seat to get and they were quick to respond and so helpful, and eventually purchased a seat with them. Even when I asked whether I should get two seats or extra set of tethers for grandparents car, they suggested extra tethers. When the seat arrived, they provided excellent customer service with fit checking my son and checking the car seat was installed correctly. The seat is absolutely brilliant and over the moon with my purchase! I will and have recommended them to many people already, thank you!

I purchased an Axkid Move in 2021 as this company offered the best price and came highly recommended on the ERF pages. I was not disappointed and grateful for their advice and support pre and post sale. The package arrived quickly within time frames, however without the free gift as expected but they responded to my emails promptly to advise it was dispatched separately. I was also supported with fitting advice and signposted to videos to help me remotely which put my mind at ease. I continue to follow the Facebook page and often see fantastic deals that I will definitely take advantage of when I need my next seats!

Purchased an Axkid minikid 4, very quick delivery and excellent customer communication! Helped me choice the seat to fit my car along with sending pictures of how it would fit in my car before purchase. After purchase they have answered all my questions and helped with fits checks etc. I then went on to recommend to others and purchase another seat from them! Great service!

We would 1000% recommend safe journey car seats. The world of car seats and car seat safety is mind blowing, with so many seats available to choose from Sarah and Lucy were both amazing at providing us with advice and support in choosing our new car seat. They were extremely quick to reply to messages and very thorough during the fitting, ensuring we know exactly how a”good fit” should look. The after care they also offer is amazing. We are so grateful that our little one is as safe as can be. If only we knew about them sooner, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a car seat.

Excellent, my seat was delivered quickly and I had remote advice for checking the install and fit of my baby. Sarah helped me a year later when I wanted to put the seat in the front of the car. Definitely highly recommend her services.

So shipping was slower than expected and I still give 5 stars because everything else made up for it. They were the only place I could find that knows about extended rear facing car seats and the safety standards. They have the same mindset as me, why risk safety, just get the safest seats. They were really responsive on the chat and knew all the specs of each seat and recommended the perfect seat for me. The price was also exactly right, couldn't find anywhere cheaper. I wish I'd found this shop when I was pregnant with my first. As it goes I have a seat to keep my short-ish but very heavy daughter in from now (3.5) till she's 7+. It's a lovely seat.

Safe Journey Car Seats answered all of my questions, helping me to pick the right car seat for my daughter. The delivery was really fast being the next day. I sent over pictures to check the install which was all ok’d. I’d definitely order from them again if I need another car seat.
