Safe in the knowledge I will get the best, unbiased advice on car seats, with continued support as the children grow. This is the second time I’ve bought a car seat online from Safe Journey Car Seats and had excellent support again.

Friendly, informative and very helpful. Being able to take the seat after trying the fit was very useful.

We arranged a demo on a Saturday and left with a fully fitted minikid 2 on the day. Fantastic service, plenty of time to answer questions and to show us how to install ourselves and fit our baby in the seat. Great aftercare too, very responsive. Highly recommend

Sarah was absolutely BRILLIANT at her job, so kind, explaining and reaffirming how everything goes together in an easy to follow way.

Safety is definitely a priority with this company and they do not compromise in any way.
When my child got in the original seat she had suggested, Sarah noticed that I might not get as many years out of it as another seat, so she swapped it for one which cost me less, meaning she gave up some earnings in favour of giving me more value for my money. Not many companies would make the same sacrifice.

I truly am grateful for Sarah's kindness, and the care doesn't stop at the fitting, there is aftercare offered too, to help with any queries and adjustments; you don't get that kind of quality and safety expertise at your local chain dealers, believe me!

I have now purchased 4 car seats from Safe Journey. Car Seats and wouldn't hesitate to buy again. I originally bought a new infant carrier for my little boy when he was very chin to chest in his NUNA. Safe Journey were brilliant in explaining the features of the Pixel Pro (Which I bought). I then went on to buy my sons second car seat as he outgrew his baby carrier, and again they were great with helping me to purchase a seat, giving me the pros and cons between different seats, ultimately resulting in me buying the Avionaut Sky 2.0. The after care service is brilliant, as they provide support after sale with the fitting of the car seat and with the child.I have always had a reply within a day of asking for a fit check for my boy.

This has then resulted in me going on to purchase my nephew a new baby carrier (Avionaut cosmo) and a Axkid Minikid 2 for my son when he is with his grandparents.

Delivery has always been a turn around of 2 days, which is amazing considering we are based in Dundee, Scotland!

I can't say thank you enough to the team and always recommend them to my friends! You won't be disappointed :)

After doing lots of research i head my heart set on a seat. The choice was confirmed after chatting with Lucy/Sarah.
We ordered the seat with them, after a few issues with delivery (out of our control) we got our seat on the Saturday (communication was throughout whilst issues were sorted)
Install was straight forward. Confirmation via message that we had set it up correctly and now we have a seat which will last our 3year old for a while longer.
Would highly recommend.

I'd done a fair amount of research into extended rear-facing carseats for my son but needed help deciding on the best one to suit my son. I messaged the company via Facebook and was quickly advised by Lucy without any pressure to purchase. She also answered my follow-up questions promptly. I paid £30 upfront for a carseat fitting appointment which was with Sarah at her home address in Stourbridge. Sarah was very thorough making sure the fit was perfect and my son was happy and comfortable. She made sure we were confident in fitting the seat and securing my son, and kept him entertained as we sorted our daughter (who was moving into her brother's old seat). The appointment lasted over an hour and was definitely worth the £30 for peace of mind and to avoid spending ages doing it ourselves (and wondering if we'd done it correctly). Sarah was very friendly and even suggested the local park cafe for lunch and a run-around for the kids. After the appointment, I was sent a link for payment of the new seat which Sarah was happy for me to do once back home. They'd also kindly agreed a 10% discount beforehand which was much appreciated. It is clear that the small team are very passionate and knowledgeable about carseat safety and would only sell seats that they would be happy to put their own children in. With the abundance of seats on the market, I knew whichever one I chose from them would be one of the safest available (Swedish Plus Tested). I would 100% recommend this company and will be using them again when my daughter outgrows her current seat.

Sarah was absolutely fantastic at her home appointment for a demo and fitting of our new car seat. Super friendly and really knowledgeable. Completely put us at ease and made us feel very confident we were not only buying a great seat at a great price but we were going to receive the best aftercare as well.

This company are fab, they advise on seats for all stages and they can supply and deliver and fit too. Unfortunately the hours for fitting for my in-laws didn’t work out, but they were really trying to accommodate us. Once we just got the seat delivered they were on hand to help me over the phone with some questions I had about the fitting. Great service, and I will recommend to others with car seat needs :) thanks for making my children safe in the car

Brilliant company, quick to respond and offer honest advice. Recently returned to them for a second time and couldn't be happier with my purchase. They answered all my queries online and the car seat I ordered arrived quickly and very well packaged. Great continued customer service even after the purchase too. Would definitely use them again.

Thank you for making such a difficult decision an amazing experience. I asked for advice on ERF seats as my little one was growing out of his infant carrier. I only have a 5 door corsa so making sure the seat was a good fit was priority but also the safety of my little boy.

From the moment I contacted this company to the very end they have been extremely helpful. Even messaging outside their business hours. I was sent over the invoice in the evening, the item was then dispatched the following day and I received the chair next day delivery.

Would totally recommend after panicking slightly as it’s a bit overwhelming seeing all the seats available. I went for the Axkid Minikid 22/23 and it is amazing! Even little boy is impressed.

Even though ERF seats are more expensive, the safety and comfort is more important. On the plus side this seat lasts a while!

Fantastic advice from before we ordered through to ensuring that both our baby was fitted correctly in the seat, and the seat in the car. Definitely recommend :)

Ordered through safe journey due to quick delivery time, as they advertised it being next day. However, 16 days later and I was still chasing my order. They did then communicate with me, but it still took a good few days for my order to reach me.

Ordered 4 weeks ago was informed item was in stock,still waiting only received delivery details when payment was paused.
