Brilliant service fast responses and fast delivery

I couldn’t be any happier with our new car seat for our little boy. Knowing he is the safest he can be and comfortable, puts my mind at so much peace.
From the moment I contacted safe journey car seats they couldn’t be any more helpful. They explained everything and talked us through the seat, fitting and they gave us so much knowledge.

So helpful, couldn't do enough. I ordered a seat in the BF sale thinking it would come next day delivery. After a few days I messaged asking where it was and they said as they were on sale they didn't actually have the seats from the brand yet. I was offered an alternative colour which was in stock and it was delivered quickly after. Great customer service, thank you 😊

Seat took a little longer than I'd hoped to arrive, but I'm not on the mainland, so that's probably why. Once the order was dispatched, communication regarding delivery was good. However, the cover of the seat was damaged, has a cut/slice in it. I got in touch via email (which didn't work) then via Web chat. I was told they'd send a replacement cover but have heard nothing since that. Not ideal considering how expensive these seats are!

Bought a car seat from this company because it seemed to be cheaper than elsewhere, however had not received after some time and had to chase up the order status only to be told it would be another month. Many attempts to sell me other car seats when I asked to cancel and despite me making it clear I'd like a refund, they still didn't follow through with this saying they weren't sure if I was thinking about another seat they'd offered me.

Brilliant. Took a while to come but i didnt pay for express delivery or anything. well worth the wait and money spent. Information on the site was great, great range of car seats and My son is now safely rear facing at 3.5 years old and will be for at least another couple of years.

I contacted Safe Journey Car Seats for advice on a rear facing seat for my daughter - 14months old. They were quick to respond and gave us recommendations on suitable seats. Once my Axkid Move arrived - I fitted it myself and sent photographs for a fit check. Within the hour - they had replied! A fantastic service and a great priced seat! Would highly recommend! 5*

We ordered two BeSafe Twists. I discovered Sarah through facebook after being on a separate group where the company wanted us to purchase a carseat that didnt tick all of our boxes. Sarah was efficient in coming back and gave us a much cheaper and better standard of ADAC tested seat. I was amazed that she woould come to us and show us the correct way to fit and to ensure our daughter was comfortable too. Outstanding service and so much better than going to a shop! Thank you Sarah!

We experienced great communication throughout and ended up with the exact product we wanted. Sarah was friendly and professional when we visited to have the Pixel Pro fitted and took the time to show us how everything worked and talk to us about baby even though it was a boiling hot day! We've also been asked to make sure we get in touch when our daughter arrives for a fit check which reassures me aftercare will be fantastic too. Really pleased!

Lovely first meeting. Very polite. Professional. Easy to get great advice. I highly recommend. Fitted in to car showed us how to do it. Best part was seeing her older child in the seat so I can imagine what my son will look like in it later on at that age. If you need advice on car seats speak to Sarah. She will show you what's best for your child's height and weight. I was set on avionaut sky 2.0 and I got that one love it. My son loves it sleeps so well in it on journeys even when awake he's happy.

I have still mot received my carseat I did contact to ask where it was and said stock be in middle of Sept. Still waiting 22nd Sept and not had any word when to expect delivery.

Ordered an Axkid car seat…chased it up after a few weeks to be told it would be with me mid Sept. Got to mid Sept, chased again, now it’s mid Oct! Reply was ‘did you not get the email?’ No! Didn’t get sent one. At least they are quick to respond when you get in touch, but a nearly two month wait is pushing it!

Can’t recommend Safe Journey Car Seats enough! 30 seconds in the seat and he was asleep, must be like lying on a cloud ☁️ .. and one of the safest seats 🎉 Thankyou to Sarah for being the baby whisperer this morning 😂 we are very grateful for the work you do ❤️
