Took almost the full two weeks to ship after order when it was labeled ready to ship for my specific item. Then when a return was sent and delivered it has been 11 days with no communication. Now I’m out of money and a belt. I don’t know if I’m getting a return or my belt back. An email was sent requesting information on my return with no reply. Not impressed with customer service at this point. Belt was decent just not what I was expecting in material. Was planning on going with nylon standard belt, but deciding if I need to go with another company. Haven’t heard nothing but good things, but my experience has not went well so far.

Simple, find what you need and place your order and pay the cost of the items and shipping and that was that. It can't be simpler than that. Great support and they get back to you asap with answers to any questions you may have. Mahalo and Aloha

The gentleman that helped me was AWESOME

I received my purchase, SLD-MTC-B-S-S Concealable Carrier, but it looks like just a canvas vest, absolutely no protective piece inside, am I to trust wearing this and hope it stops a bullet?

My belt that I ordered felt very sturdy, but after attaching my holster, mag pouches and light, the leather had deep scratches/rips in the finish. I attempted to reach out to customer service about this and the sizing being a bit off.

When I reached out to the Safelife crew, I talked to a representative who was not interested in helping out with a size exchange. I explained that the belt was a bit tight, and that I would like to try a different size. He said that because I tried the belt on and attached some of my gear, that the belt was not eligible for exchange.

So now I'm stuck with a 150$ belt that doesn't fit right, and the finish is already coming off. I love the opportunity to support a smaller business, but i would NOT recommend SafeLife.

How do I adjust the vest to a comfortable fit. I've been doing everything straps wearing it and it feels a little tight in some areas. It fits somewhat perfect but tight in areas around the stomach and back

Great quality of a strap used on a hand me down vest but soon to get a safe life vest

Horrible exchange policy, I was told for a small mark on the belt that was formed from trying it on that I could not exchange for a larger size. Now I have a $120 belt that I can’t use.
