I never got my order. I'm extremely upset and will be writing a Google review also. I never got my order and I can't get my money back unless I send the product back. I paid a good amount of money for this. Absolutely insane.

I ordered a patch and paid for lettering. I selected custom lettering and typed in the custom lettering and I went to check out and they tried to sell me actual body armor. I researched it and decided to order one armor instead of two for now. I received the patch without the lettering that I paid for so I called. It was going to cost a ridiculous amount in shipping to receive what I ordered and the lady on the phone implied I had perhaps damaged the one I had that was just out of the box and still in their zip-lock bag. It is small enough to fit in a regular envelope and should not have cost much more than a postage stamp instead of like $20-$40 dollars. She said I still had to pay to have the lettering to be printed on the patch even though I paid for lettering. It wasn't worth my time for this sort of pettiness. If there was a step that I missed then somebody there should have recognized that I paid for lettering and they were not clear on what they needed to print.

They honored their warranty! Once they had my old belt, the me one was immediately shipped.

The product is well made and will suit my needs. However, I contacted your support asking for suggestions on getting a bit longer side panels (I'm not a skinny guy). They offered ballistic panels but that's not what I need. Then they said I could exchange for a larger size, but that it would take several weeks to inspect the returned product before shipping a replacement. I found this unacceptable considering I need my vest when I'm working. I'm not willing to roll the dice and not wear it.

I ordered a set of concelable body armor (IIIA+). SLD shipped it the following day. It sat in UPS Las Vegas NV for a week with no movement. I called UPS and SLD. SLD put out a 2 week investigation. SLD called back after a week and a half saying that the package got returned to the warehouse. After QA'ing the package, it was undamaged. SLD 2 day aired me the body armour at zero cost me and received it within 2 days. Exactly what I expected, fit, finish, etc. Customer service was fenominal.

The duty belt is real sturdy and light I recommended everyone order one now, soon I'll be getting some body armor until then excellent product.

My orders came very quickly. I accidentally ordered the wrong item. I reached out to Safelife and was guided in the right direction.

The most comfortable vest I've ever had in 16 years of law enforcement.

Belt was the exact one I needed and it came perfectly on time. Love the rigidness and stiff support in the belt.

They were quick to fix a delivery issue I had. Very helpful. Wish I could afford a vest, though.

The website is fairly simple to use for sales.
Major complaint though. Whomever came up with the Sizes for the vests must think that all customers are 1.5 lbs.. your vests run EXTREMELY small. I'm only 160 lb male and I ended up changing my order during the very early days of order from a Large to XXL. We'll even the XXL is to small but I'm upset because when I ordered a vest 6 yrs ago in the shirt size I used then the vest was too small. So I ordered this vest a lot bigger and it's still too small. I mean come on people. Your measurements that I used obviously don't come close to actual sizes needed. Not even close. I use my vest for work so I have to keep it updated every 5 yrs. This is the second purchase and the second time I've been very disappointed but I can't waste time trying to deal with the wrong sizes.

Good sizing chart. Easy to understand the ordering process. The armor arrived quickly. After wearing it for a few weeks, it seems to fit well and I most like the thinness. I am pleased with my purchase.

I anticipated after the order that it would take a week for fabrication. However, I received the order in the same week.

Great well made belt. I would buy again.
