horrible customer service and horrible shipping certificate get mine after 1 month terrible
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The customer service was unprofessional and unhelpful when I tried to resolve an issue with my order. On top of that, the shipping took much longer than promised, and I was not given proper updates regarding the delay. I understand that delays can happen, but communication and customer support are extremely important. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend this service based on how my situation was handled.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The excessive security checkpoints make it impossible or very frustrating to complete the course. I got locked out and the only option was to take the course all over again from scratch.
