I definitely needed this program, it is an insight that you wouldn't think that, you actually needed it. No one is a super experienced driver.

It was very boring and painful to get through but it is making me more aware of driving defensively.

I was a return user and since I didn’t save my username and password I couldn’t logon. Needed to call the helpline to assist.

It’s been over 2 weeks and I have not received my certificate.

No automatic report to the insurance company (GEICO). I called a couple of times and still did not have the issue resolved. I ended up calling GEICO my self to report the completion of the training course. I personally will not use this provider again and do not recommend it to anyone.

A greedy company with predatory practices. This company will upcharge you for every single thing at every opportunity. They charge you $10 if you don't want to wait a week for a DIGITAL CERTIFICATE that costs them $0. The nice thing about digital is that it's instant, right? Not if you're this company. They truly have some of the most obscenely unethical practices I've every seen. Avoid at all costs.
Beware! They try to upcharge you at every step. Supposedly (according to their website) my insurance company would be notified within 24 hours of my completion, but they have no record of my completion after five days. I will be getting a certificate in 14 DAYS BY MAIL (Really?) or I can pay $40 extra for express delivery. Meanwhile, my insurance payment is due in a week, so I will have to pay full price and go through the hassle of getting a credit once the course completion is verified. And I have spent significant time trying to contact them via email and chat (no tel. no!). I can get over the boring delivery of the course, but not the fact that I can't get a speedy verification to my insurance company. What a sham!
