No response from the service team
I placed a usdt sale order about a week ago. It took 2 days to find a merchant. The transaction date is set to this Tuesday. But, from Monday, despite my repeated requests, I have not received a single word from the service team. Also, no contact from the merchant either. Of course, there was no transaction on Tuesday. I have raised a ticket to safepal - #342016. I hope that the issue can be resolved soon.

ELLIPAL shut down the hot wallet on the 31st, I updated my app because it was a few updates behind. (26th of October, which ELLIPAL said I had till the 31st) when I opened the updated app, my hot wallet was gone! And ELLIPAL still hasn’t replied to me about it. So I looked online and found a few wallets that people said that would import my hot wallet. I downloaded multiple wallets and only some of my coins have been importing on different platforms. I emailed safe pal and got in touch with Jack with ticket # 336476 who is very helpful! Any questions even about other apps, he clearly wrote out steps and because of jack I was able to retrieve 80% of my wallet back. Jack gave me a few more ideas of what to do to get the last few coins I am missing, I haven’t tried them yet but will today when I get time. The customer service has been top notch! Most of these wallet customer services take weeks, moths even to get a response and from here I will use SafePal for as much as I can to hold some coins and moving forward with my crypto investments. Thanks again Jack!

My transaction failed and the funds do not come back to the balance of mine , and then updated the app, and that Wallet of mine disappeared, with all the funds on it , the worst is that I have been trying to get help but they are just literally ignoring and silent and not saying a single word , and they are fine with this , disgusting 10$k for gods sake ,
Well my ticket number is still 328803 and somehow still waiting to hear from escalation but no word still said from any supervisor. So what you say again ?

Theft of Funds By Safepal
I sought assistance from customer service and was advised by "charlie" he guided me for over a month with gradually increasing investments. When one investment did not work out well, Charlie encouraged me and convinced me to "double down" with assurance if I was successful in the investment I would recover my loss. I did as suggested and was successful. I immediately sought to withdraw all of the funds from my Safepal account feeling that I had been misled. By this time my total account exceeded $600,000. Charlied advised me on October 1, that my account was frozen as being suspected of money laundering, which is ridiculous. I offered any proof required. Charlied refused. I demanded to speak to management or legal. Charlie put me in touch with someone called Karlin, who claimed to be an attorney advising Safepal, but refused to help or further identify himself. My funds continue to be frozen and Charlie indicates that they will be forfeited on October 15. Obviously this has been reported to authorities here in the United States as well as the Seychelles and I have hired an attorney in that country. I would encourage all persons to steer clear of Safepal. I have all of the documentation relative to my investements and the responses I am describing here, as well as copies of my reports to authorities.

SafePal enables scams
I fell victim to a scam telling me that my Coinbase account had been hacked, I shouldn't just cash out and deposit to my bank account because the scammers would get sll my banking credentials, but open a SafePal account and transfer my crypto to it. I could then cash it out and deposit it to my bank account. Immediately after depositing crypto in SafePal it was transferred out, supposedly to a secure vault. I was told it would be available shortly, but wasn't. I contacted Support, was given a request number with a comment it eould be answered within 72 hours. That was last Thursday night, I followed up yesterday and today but have gotten no response. SafePal must be part of the scam. This exprrience has cost me $10K.

If your assets are missing, it must be due to one of the following reasons: your seed phrase has been compromised, or you have approved a malicious DApp. Unfortunately, if the loss occurred due to any of these reasons, SafePal will not be able to recover your assets. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you immediately revoke approvals for any malicious DApps or transfer your assets to a completely new wallet.
