I bought from a 3rd party seller on the site Amazon, (they dont tell you , they just depend on lamen people to send products of boxes, tag them, and when they sell, Amazon warehouses searches the boxes and dispenses the product automatically. I found one for $50. I bought it was excited; I wrote down the key and the phrases and took pictures, deposited like $500 in BTC. It took the crypto out of my account, but in my suspect mind, the hardware units were programmed to send the crypto to an outside address, since Safepal and Amazon.com replied that it is not our problem and could not provide support for physical product.

I don't like to keep my crypto on an exchange (who does?). I bought a coin on the Solana blockchain and the wallet threw an exception while trying to add the new blockchain.
I started on Discord SafePal support and was directed to the support website.
Between Jack and Charles the issue was resolved inside of a day. My ticket number is 225195 if you wish to review further.

Thanks to both Denis1 and Jack for their patience and help with my inability to recover main wallet due to confusion of sub wallet on S1 hardware; it needed to be disabled allowing default setting to recover main wallet. While I did figure it out it probably wouldn't have happened if they hadn't asked for three specific clarifying pictures to understand my situation, which prompted me to see the blockage and quickly fix it.

I just ordered my safepal wallet and made it operational with some slight problems. I contacted the support and was supported quite efficiently and enduringly. Jack (ticket number 219693) did a great job and up to now everything is working as intended.

Just as a note to people getting scammed: its so simple, just don't fall for people contacting you via social media channels, please!

The wallet is a joke, i made them aware of a scam and told them that i cannot remove my USDT from their supposedly secure wallet. They even confirmed one of the dapps was a scam and at this point should have disassociated my wallet with the scammer however they still allowed the scammer to remove all the USDT from my wallet. Not sure how they can call themselves a secure wallet.

Same days before one girl say me hi in telegram she say you use safpal I say I not use before she say if u hold ur money in safpal wallet u get 2% daily profit so I try to hold only 45$
I really take profit
After u deposit 252$ she say why u not deposit big money I say I have not tomuch so 4 September she say send ur wallet screen shot I send my wallet screen shot after some minutes I sey in my wallet site showing 5 ETh so I click to exchange USDT after I see message on screen u must be pay more 2748$ after u collect 12500$
I call to she .she say ur very lucky man congrats u win 12500$ my 252 USDT also take I don't know how can,, so I think is big big scammer back on safpal wallet please help me I give u all screen shot lady photo and telegram message everything I provide please catch her
