Frustrating Experience with Missing Funds and Poor Support
I recently conducted a swap transaction on SafePal, exchanging 0.59519 ETH for 9.98797801 SOL, and while the Ethereum was successfully deducted from my wallet, the Solana has not been credited. It’s been over a week, and there has been no resolution despite multiple attempts to contact support and provide all necessary details, including the transaction hash.
This kind of delay is completely unacceptable for a platform that markets itself as reliable and secure. The lack of responsiveness and accountability from their support team has been extremely frustrating.
SafePal needs to seriously improve its customer service and ensure issues like this are resolved promptly. At this point, I cannot recommend this platform to anyone looking for a trustworthy crypto wallet.
If SafePal resolves this issue, I might reconsider my opinion, but for now, I am deeply disappointed with their service.

Awful! I would put nil stars if I could. Bought a Safepal X1 wallet and tried to set it up but it will not connect to any device. Contacted customer services numerous times and was sent YouTube videos in French. Asked for a refund several times as a result and simply get ignored. Never buy anything from this company they are simply awful!!!

Absolute scam project to steal your money one day
Do not ever user this scammed safepal sh#t. One day they will take all you assets from your wallets. Seeds and private keys were imported ONLY to safepal app/addon. Please be carefull.
I have a wallets they taken my assets to and still keeping it there.

So I was introduced to Safepal from an on line contact. Everything seemed to be legitimate. I was wrong. This contact got me access to the on Safepal miner saving plan earning 1% a day, with out my permission. What started as 15K USD investment, ended up I put in another 50KUSD. I was told by my contact that the 1% wont last long. In fact, when it did end I was not notified by Safepal. It ended up charging me additional 45K USD to get my funds transferred out of Safepal. Now my 200K is stuck in the Safepal queue, but if I pay them 42K I can get VIP treatment and my funds would be transferred. At this point I know I'm trapped in a scam (stupid me) and Mike at Safepal told me since I wont purchase the VIP channel Safepal will not transfer the funds until it is reviewed. And due to my transfer exceeding 100K it has to be reviewed before transferred. On average, according to Mike, it takes three days for the review. Also, I'm 487 in line to get a review. That means Safepal will not check my funds for 1461 days. That is over four years. I'll be 69 years old. THANK YOU for NOTHING Safepal.

According to your description, it seems you are being scammed by the Third-party Dapps, only the scammer Dapp you have authorized can freeze your assets or they will constantly deceive you into recharging more assets to withdraw. Real SafePal staff will never actively contact you to recommend any investment methods.SafePal doesn't even have a staff member named Mike.
Unfortunately, blockchain transfers are irreversible. If your assets have been transferred by scammers, SafePal does not have the ability to help you recover them.

S1 update took my crypto
I tried to do an update on my S1 on the Safepal website and my cryto was lost, gone. I have sent requests for customer service and I have no heard anything from safepal in over a week (ticket # 238628). I have sent another request (ticket #241808) and it's been 48 hours and nothing. As far as I have experienced, no customer service, at all!!!
