I would give zero if I could . Still haven't received refund for the item not recieved since last year. Very poor customer service. Not answered my last few emails. Avoid at all costs they will mess you about and tell you the items are out of stock but won't give you your money back. Scammers, poor way to run a business

Please be careful with this company!!! They're scammers! They do not send purchased items and do not want to return the money!!! Don't buy anything from there because you will lose your money! They tried to cheat me! Be careful!

Scam started seeing advertisements again never received order nothing but excuses about delivery now they don’t even answer or respond thieves be warned

My husband ordered the jacket a month and two weeks ago. Every time I call, he says: I will receive it this week, and so on every week. The last conversation was: if the courier lost my order, they will return my money, and so two weeks have passed and now I'm trying to call and no one answers

Avoid this company at all costs. They took our money then didn't respond to email, calls or texts. luckily we got a refund through Paypal.

Avoid like the plague. It is a scam. Take note of the following. Look up on companies House. Note the directors name and then look at all the positive reviews names. Scam reviews, Scam company, all over scam. Beata JASIEWICZ is the company director and is a massive scammer.

Ordered a hi vis zipper from them on the 6th of October to which I never received. I contacted them around the 30th and in their defense they replied saying there was a stock issue and my product would be shipped out that week. Fast forward to today and I've still not received it. Tried contacting them 3 times asking for information and a possible refund to which I never received any replies to. Wouldn't recommend!

Replied quickly to my enquiry and offered an alternative to the original item due to out of stock, received jacket within 5 days of ordering, in all a good service
I was misled by the negative comments on here, i am sure people who have written negative comments did receive their items and therefore, should've updated their comments to be factual

Another one of many which hasn’t received goods and been given same excuse of many others , never answers emails , answers chat on messenger saying hasn’t got my size waiting for stock , but still selling item in my size online , total scam of company , sooner they close down the better

Was conned out of over £30 sent numerous emails without any reply do not buy from this company they are scammers they will take your money and ignore you stay well clear

I've stupidly ordered twice from these and on both occasions have never received the goods or any explanation for the lack of them.

Been waiting for 4 T Shirts told DPD had lost delivery been told new parcel being sent no sign of this asked for refund now won’t answer DONT BUY FROM THEM TO MANY REVIEWS SAYING SAME THING

Took my money and never sent out the order. This was over 3 months ago and my emails are being ignored. Scam company, avoid at all costs.

I’m same issue that seems to be normal going by the reviews.
I ordered a few items and waited a few weeks with no correspondence despite multiple emails, phone number on google goes straight to messenger.
When they finally arrived only one part of the order was correct so I arranged to return it all for a refund.
I have the signed tracking slip that they have received the items on the 17th of July and now I am being ignored when contacting the email again and still no refund.

Absolute scum bag company, scammed me out of £100 for a product I never received, was told via Facebook messenger that parcel was lost by DPD and if it could not be located within 2 days then they would send a new one or refund. 2 days has passed nothing has been done, no communication and no I am trying to recontact them they have blocked me from their page. DO NOT USE SCAM COMPANY.
