Absolutely discusting will never be ordering from these again taken money yet no order been weeks now we will be escalating to trading standards !!! Avoid this company will ignore emails and phone calls

There was a slight delay in my order being dispatched but when I spoke to the company they were very apologetic and assured me it would be dispatched the next day and it was. They kindly changed one of the items I had ordered by mistake to the correct item. I was impressed with their customer service and was surprised to see poor reviews about the company. My experience with them was positive.

absolute con artist taken my money and never received my order I called a number of times and emailed had nothing from them then thay said I got refund and I never received the money joke scam do not order from here

Avoid at all costs. I cannot express enough how much you should never, never buy from this outfit.

Unable to get a VAT invoice despite asking three times and the jacket i bought leaks like hell from all the seams, not fit for purpose.

I made an order two weeks ago and have not had so much as a shipping confirmation.
I have tried emailing them but no reply.
Will be reporting to the trading standards and requesting a claim back through the bank.

To all site Construction workers Don't buy from this company all there product and workwear are all cheap made from China I got a softshell jacket zip broken after two wears. refused for a refund or exchange NOT recommended to anyone wish i looked at the reviews before buying.

My jacket came very quick, decent quality however it was advertised as waterproof, not a chance got soaked after 10mins in a heavy shower

I’ve bought several masks from this company. One frayed badly after being worn and washed twice. I asked for a refund or a replacement which was refused as I had had it for more than 14 days. A blatant misinterpretation of the distance selling laws. I won’t go into the email conversation which was unpleasant, and I cannot recommend this company.

Had an email to say order was dispatched that was days ago..at £4.50 delivery the masks should have been here well before now..sent 3 or four emails..had no response ,I am.thinking this is a scam..will give another couple of days .then will ring my bank.and begin a dispute...1star was an accident rate it 0star
My full order arrived happy with the quality my masks are really nice and comfy ...its just a shame no one answered my emails....happy customer now .

Ordered 5 face masks for elderly relatives, after several weeks of waiting, I chased Safepol and eventually the masks arrived..well 4 of them did...I gave the 4 out to my relatives as they were needed urgently on the day they arrived and contacted Safepol to report the missing mask..Beata informed me that there were 5 as she packed them, basically calling me a liar in other terms..I explained the blue one I ordered was missing! She said they had run out of blue so she put a different colour in...Strange, Ironic councidence! She still wouldnt accept the mistake and a couple of days later told me to return the package for a refund..which was ridiculous as the 4 masks had already been used...This was explained in further e.mails which Safepol have ignored and not replied..Looking at other review sites, I am not the only person to have customer service issues with this company..I am out of pocket and feel cheated and I may well persue in the small claims court out of a matter of principle...I will not recommend this company.
