I was really impressed with the service I received from Safe Removals when I used them last month. I had a long distance move from London to the North West of England. The guys who moved the contents of my flat were friendly and incredibly quick. I also had a visit to my flat before the move to check how much stuff I had to make sure the right size van would be there on the day. That gave peace of mind. Highly recommended.

We booked Safe Removals (2 men) to help us relocate from a 2 to 3 bed property. In the agreement they dismantle one thing for you and put it back up in the new location. We chose the bunk bed used by our two 6 year old daughters. This is a solid bed, big and cost around £1k, it was assembled by the company we bought it from a year ago and has not been taken down since until the removal company came. They took it down, they moved us and built the bed in the bedroom. When they left, later that day i went to make the beds and discovered that all the locking screws were missing, some screws and bolts. The bed is balancing and was extremely dangerous and unsafe. I have asked them to rectify this and the manager even told me the removal man knew the bolts were missing but yet we were not informed. He left it unsafe and if I did not notice this and my child climbed up on this bed first, this could have seriously injured or even killed one of my children. We have given them ample of chances to come and fix this. They have been round once to add some screws, but not completed the job. My daughter is currently sleeping on the floor and they told us they would be round thursday, then friday, then monday, then tuesday. It is now Wednesday, 11 days after and they have not dealt with it, the bed is unusable, we do not have the locking bolts, they do. I am absolutely disgusted with this company and their response. They are more concerned about getting money and leaving. They are not interested in what they break and will not fix any mistakes. We will be taking further action with this company. It took me a whole year to pay off this bed.They have also dented our fridge which is a month old. Do not use this company if you want your move to be clean, smooth, unscathed and safe. This company needs to change their name. Rude, uncaring, unsafe and unprofessional. Do not use them.

Excellent company,even accommodated a short notice change of plan. The same two members of staff did the removal from my flat, put my stuff in storage for 2 days and delivered it to my new home.
The person who came to give me a quote was spot on in terms of the size of vehicle that would be needed .

I have used this company several times over the past few years and would recommend them without any hesitation.
The staff are hard working and have always taken great care with my possessions. They are also very kind and professional.
There rates are also very good and it's a relief to know that my items are also insured with them if anything ever did go wrong (although it never has).
In a word - 'wonderful'!

The crew took several breaks on the day of the packing plus they didn't bring enough packing materials so they weren't able to finish the packing that day. However On the day of the move, they sent in some extra men and the packing and the move happened all in good time. There were no delays. However I had to be on top of it, to remind them that they need to be able finish everything by a certain time given that they hadn't finished the packing. The company also collect the boxes once you are done with the unpacking so that's good. The quote the gave us for the job was very reasonable compared to other companies. If I had to move again (locally) I would use them. I am not sure as to how good they are with international moves. But here is a thumbs up to use them for a local move.
