Theo walked me through every step and made sure I understood exactly how to access my unit. I was offered a coffee and a friendly chat whilst my paper work was sorted. I was even introduced to a removal man who's services I needed. I couldn't of asked for a better experience, Thank you Theo!

I have rented a unit at MijnSafestore Amsterdam Zuid and I am extremely thankful to Theo and Mourik for their great help. They advised me on the unit that best suited my needs and they helped me carry a very heavy load. They went the extra mile. Excellent service. This unit is my second one and I would recommend it without a doubt.

Few days ago I had a real nightmare with a delivery company, which has not been solved yet. Luckily, I had stored all my belongings at Mijn Safestore in Isaac Gogelweg Amsterdam. I have no words to describe the kindness, efficiency, problem solver attitude of the entire team: Zoe, Karla, Nathaly, Peter, the Branch Manager, this is a formidable Team! They managed to reassure me, and comfort me, although I was let down by the delivery company. I had to fly off Amsterdam, and I had to leave my belongings behind, because of a failed collection, and I was just able to do it, because I knew that all my belongings where in safe hands, The Best!!! I have moved around the world maybe 40 times but trust me, these guys are real Top Guns!!! Iri
