Don’t get service with safestreet by…
Don’t get service with safestreet by all means. Wrap you into a contract that you can get same services cheaper elsewhere or through ADT directly. Their install people are okay. Kinda hit or miss. We moved and they continued to charge for services. Couldn’t get anyone out to take equipment down so I had to do it myself. Then for installation in a new state they couldn’t have anyone come out to install. All the while they continued to charge the monthly monitoring fee of 70+ dollars for 4 months til cancellation due to not having people available to install. Now I’ve paid over 200+ dollars for no reason and have equipment I’m still paying on that can’t be installed. Absolute joke of a business.

They were very understanding when I had to call my wife and ask about extra equipment which we did not go with at them moment. Would recommend them to anyone who is needing home security.

Phil was very knowledgeable and insightful. Helped ensure that the components needed were installed, didn't push extra for the sake of it. Knew the technology and understood the capabilities. Went over every aspect thoroughly and made sure we had exactly what we needed. Phenomenal customer service to say the least.
