I bought one safe tag tracker and was so impressed i bought another for my other vehicle. Its a cracking bit of kit and cannot recommend it enough. Service and delivery is excellent.

Excellent, efficient service. Device and app are v easy to use. Lost cable and replaced it free of charge, and really quickly.

I’ve been using the SafeTag GPS Tracker for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with it. At first, I was a bit unsure about how well it would perform, but it has exceeded my expectations. The app is easy to use, and setting up the device was a breeze – the instructions were clear and simple to follow. I was so impressed that I recently upgraded my subscription from monthly to yearly.

What really stands out is the customer service. They’ve been fantastic – quick to respond and incredibly helpful. It’s rare to get such great support these days, so this really adds to my overall satisfaction with the product.

I’ve already recommended SafeTag to several friends and family members, and I’m confident they’ll be just as happy with it as I am. If you’re in need of a reliable GPS tracker, look no further!

I have had my SafeTag Mag 4G now for a few days. I am not particularly great with electronic devices in general along with the use of Apps on my mobile phone. I have found this tracker very easy to use. Setting it up on the App on my mobile phone was very simple and I have set up the three Geofences that I need with ease. This tracker is very very accurate indeed, more so than I expected! I have parked my car in several car parks noting the parking bay that my car was in and every time the tracker was showing the exact parking bay that it was in. What is more impressive is that the location of the tracker in my car (one of the corners of my car)was showing within the parking bay! The yearly subscription is very reasonably priced and the tracker was on discount on Amazon too so I am very pleased indeed. I just wish I knew about these before. I did research the various other trackers available and the great reviews alone made SafeTag stand out by a long way. It’s easy to use, the tracking is very accurate and I am very happy with it. My car got stolen yesterday from watford junction car park during broad day light. While I was in london, I got the notification from SafeTag app showing my car was on the move heading towards M1. Immediately called police and we tracked and found the car location from the app. The location was 100% precise.. I have a 10sec refresh rate subscription which helped to identify cars location in real time.
I am so happy and best investment!! Thank you safe tag team!!

As a complete novice to the world of trackers and after a lot of research I settled on the Safe Tag.
It is easy to set up and install into my campervan. Bearing in mind the campervan represents a significant investment it gives me peace of mind that if it is stolen, I have a "Fighting chance" of getting it back, with real time location which could be relayed to the authorities.

I’m really loving the ease and simplicity of using the app, together with its more sophisticated functions. I’ve set up geofences, checked out history, and not had a single ‘low signal’ issue despite having the device fitted inside cavities in a vehicle.

The organisation actually listens to feedback, too, and a couple of suggestions I made about 'nice to have' features are going to be added to the next revision of software out in a few weeks' time!

But as it stands, I’d give it a 10/10 for most aspects. It’s a great technology and app combo and I look forward to getting many years of use from it.

I was sceptical initially as the tracker purchased was quite inexpensive, also that the annual subscription was inexpensive, I thought 'let the buyer beware' with the cost of living as it is atm, I thought give it a try, I am so pleased I did, it is absolutely perfect, the accompanying app is so easy to navigate, I tested the tracker, well my wife tracked me, on my return she asked why I went into a specific shop after parking it was so good.

Fantastic item I can track where my car is when my son uses it (he doesn’t know it’s hidden in my car it’s that small) ) and the tracker is so precise it pinpoints the exact location to the meter unlike my apple products which says approximate location. It is so easy to use and the app shows me updates when the car stops and for how long, or moves and shows you the complete journey in real time. It also saves these for you to go back to. So cheap too it’s fabulous. I feel reassured with this SafeTag tracker that should the car be stolen I can easily track where it is. I lost my charger lead and they have kindly sent me a free replacement. Great company and a fantastic real time tracker. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Fantastic company and product. This is a great piece of kit, excellent information read out easy to set up and use, affordable subscription opportunities and great customer service.
A must for all vehicle owners and other mobile equipment.

Very happy with product and overall service. I'm a driving instructor and use the tracker to record driving test routes which has been immensely useful for my pupils. Product works well and has long battery life. Cannot fault the customer service from Safetag, I recently contacted them as I needed a replacement charging cable, they replied very promptly and are sending out a replacement cable free of charge. Very impressed with the customer service from this company. Thanks to all involved in resolving my issue. Would definitely recommend
