Your servicewas Ok, but
Your service was good, but unhappy about the courier service. My parcel was expected to be delivered on Friday and I got message from Royal mail, it will be delivered between 10.30 am and 1.30 pm on Friday.
It never arrived. In tracking it said received in Romford on Thursday morning, and still at Romford on Friday. It was delivered on Sunday. This has happened with Royal mail earlier, they never deliver promptly. I suggest EVri , they are found to be very reliable.

We had previously used Evri to deliver our items though we had received a large number of complaints regarding severe delays and non-delivery hence why we moved away from them.
