Slow delivery
Delivery promised 48-72 hours. Five days later, still waiting. I would not have minded waiting a week for delivery, but not when you are told to expect it earlier.
Now received cable and it is well made and works perfectly. Very pleased with it.

Nothing wrong with the product, speed of dispatch or delivery time. However, the courier left the parcel leaning against the front door, which is visible from the main road and open to possible theft.

The car charger I bought works as described, though I've only used it briefly. Comes in a very handy case keeping it neat and out of the way in the boot for when required.

The quality of the cable is good, however the dispatch and delivery were very slow.
Also, the bag zip was broken upon arrival and no where near big enough to store the 10m cable in.

Your order was processed the following day (as you had placed the order the evening prior). Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we are limited on the number of staff who are on-site at any one time so while there may be some delays with delivery, we are working hard to ensure that all orders are processed in a timely manner.
The same extends to our delivery partner, who may also be subject to delays due to COVID-19 and this is a commonplace issue with many online retailers at the present. We do however agree that a week is a long time for delivery and we can only apologise for this.
No product would leave our facility in a damaged state and this also includes complimentary items such as carry cases as they are checked thoroughly before they are packed. This is the first case we've come across of a charger being unable to fit inside a carry case due to sizing, particularly of the charger type which you have purchased.

The Type 2 5 metre cable was fine but…
The Type 2 5 metre cable was fine but the protective cover was detached from the cable and loose in delivery. I did email the team but got a very rude email back just saying it left them ok so not their fault! Not great customer care... Won't be using them again for future purchases. There seems to be many other providers online who I can buy my EV items from.

We inspect all outbound products for any cosmetic damage, including but not limited to defects with protective covers. No product would have been sent out with the type of damage you have described.
As we do not carry individual parts, we were unable to just send a straight 1:1 replacement of the protective cover, but we did however offer a full exchange of the charging cable in question, which you did not choose to take up.
