Excellent service and on time delivery

This was a DIY project. To start with, you take a bunch of measurements around the pool. The instructions and any help required were clear and relatively easy to follow (the sales person was very helpful). Take some pictures and add some critical measurements (such as distance to edge of deck, location of diving board, etc...). Again, easy to follow instructions. All this information is then used to create a custom cover. The cover came in a beat up box. The courier's fault. Again, support was excellent. Took pictures of the box and the cover and all was verified as being fine by the vice-president of production. Installation instructions could be clearer and more succinct. No instructions available for the interlocking brick specifically. There are a ton of holes to drill. In concrete and interlocking brick this is exhausting. Make every effort to keep all holes in straight lines where applicable (such as down long straight sides.) When all was done, the cover looks great. It is already keeping the leaves out. Would highly recommend this company.
