Amazing setup, which is very much needed for young people particularly and to help build their resilience. They are effective in getting through to the people they support, as they have their full respect. This is a vital service that needs sustaining. We’ve just received an invoice from this company. We did not agree to any charges to be involved in the production of their guide, so the invoice arrived out of the blue. We did some checks and our local school says they have never heard of them. The initial call suggested we had previously spoken, when this was not the case. We can see the number of reviews disputed here as 'defamatory' (they tried to have this review removed too). We can see a concerted effort to manage their public profile on TrustPilot, with a lot of negative reviews disputed. Even when I say something is my personal opinion, this is apparently 'defamatory'. It takes some tenacity to get a negative review actually published here.

Safety Guide Foundation have tried to suppress this review because it is a 'fake review'. I can prove it is genuine - their invoice is on my desk. They've ignored my e-mails, and do not answer the phone. Really, the police should be involved. If my invoice isn't cancelled, I will make a police complaint. I'm not kidding.
