I deeply regret my decision to place an order with this company. If it were possible, I would give them zero stars. I sincerely wish I had read the reviews, particularly the one below, prior to making my purchase, as it seems that the person's experience aligns perfectly with my own.

It has been nearly two months since I placed my order, despite clearly expressing its urgency at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, I had not received any communication regarding the status of my order. I attempted to contact them numerous times, only to be informed that my issue was being escalated and that I would receive a call back the following day. This promise was made three times, but no calls were ever received. I also sent several emails, which were blatantly ignored.

After much persistence, I finally heard back from someone who claimed that the delay was due to my failure to respond to the artwork email they had supposedly sent. However, I can confirm that no such email was ever received, neither in my inbox nor in any spam or junk folder.

Frustrated by the lack of progress and poor customer service, I requested to cancel my order. Shockingly, they informed me that cancellation was not possible because they had already "purchased the workwear specifically" for me, consisting of size large round neck t-shirts. This response left me dumbfounded, as how can they claim to be a workwear company and have all these bundles if they do not stock generic standard size items?

Eventually, I managed to speak with the "boss" of the company, who, I must mention, was extremely rude and condescending. After engaging in a heated debate, he reluctantly agreed to issue me a refund. However, he insisted on deducting the setup costs, even though I have written evidence that they have not initiated any work on my order.

It is astonishing that this company continues to operate in such a manner, repeatedly taking advantage of unsuspecting customers. I strongly advise everyone to avoid them at all costs. If only I had followed this advice myself, I wouldn't be facing such an unfortunate situation.

Absolute awful experience with this company.
I don’t know how they are still in business treating customs so badly
I placed an order via the website for what looked like a good price for some
Work wear that was stated as “in stock” I paid and received an automated acknowledgement
Of the order and that was it.... Didn’t receive any updates even though the site said in stock and items will be shipped the next day. After around 10 days I sent an email, no response, I then called and was told someone will call me back... They didn’t. I called every day and also emailed only to be ignored
Eventually I spoke to someone and had to threaten to contact Trading Standards they said they would get this sorted. I then received an email saying the items were not in stock and I would receive a refund, I did receive a refund but not for the full amount that I had paid! So now I have to try and get the outstanding balance refunded. Be very wary of this company.

I did not even receive the goods and I am still waiting for a refund 2 months later.

They just fob you off with excuses like the cheque for the refund is in the post.

I take it was sent by pigeon that got lost or shot mid flight !!!

Avoid at all costs !!!
