Amazing agent helped me out. Unfortunately due to my massive Mellon I am unable to fit the key straw hats. I ordered a cowboy hat and that thankfully the cowboy hat is bendable so it does fit. I contacted support and was able to get a second cowboy hat to replace the hat that doesn’t even fit on my head. They stated all the sizes online I just took a gamble. The only thing I can say is please make bigger hats for larger brained individuals 😅. But regardless my board shorts and antenna are amazing along with the fun add ons I got. Been filling this company for about the start of them and always loved them glad they have come this far!

Placed order on February 9th and received 3 of the 4 items within a week......arrived as advertised....however, one of the items was on backorder and was to be shipped in late April.....on May 9th, I contacted the vendor and asked for an update.....was told there was a "system glitch" and my backordered item would be shipped in 24-48 hours.....today, June 3rd I reached back out to the company to see where that item is and was again told the item would ship in 24-48 hours....NO EXPLANATION was given to me about the additional delay
Misleading
Will not order from again. They are misleading and cheating folks out of money advertise free shipping then at check out large shipping charges. Talked to their automated char to find out not all orders qualify for free shipping. This is not stated at all during process or at check out.

Ordered arm sleeves thinking they come is a set, one arm sleeve is the wrong size & they will only send me the same pattern in the correct size, I can't change the pattern to match my other sleeve that is the correct size. Terrible customer service, I will never order from this company again!!! I would give them zero stars if it was an option!
After posing my review SA Company sent me an email confirming they are sending me 2 of different patterns in the lg/xl at least I will get one matching set. SA Company needs to better train their customer service reps to try to handle customers problems instead of shutting them down. Customers drive your business! I am upping my star experience to a 3 because they made it right. The customer service rep experience will make me think twice before ever ordering from them again.

Horrible customer service. Live chat only but no phone number. They charge for priority shipping but it gas taken 16 days so far and my order still isn’t here. Buyer beware this company is most likely a scam.

I have ordered around 10 times with SA. Only had a mix up twice. One time USPS lost my order and SA immediately resent my items after they looked into it, and one other time they sent the wrong size on 1 item, again they verified the order with a simple picture and immediately sent out the proper size.
Their products are great quality and work exactly as described on their website.

I did not receive a shipment. Turns out it had the wrong shipping address on the order form. Without asking,They were gracious enough to resend it to the correct address. I did not expect them to do that. That kind of customer service is unheard of in today’s world.

Paid for a hat 3rd January 2025. Was listed on their site it would ship 31st January. No communication from the company after that date until I contacted them. Was given another approximate date when it would be in stock......that time passed and again no communication until I contacted the company.
We are up to our 4th time now a re-stock date has been promised and that date has also now passed with no comminication again until I contact them.
Latest update is shipment "might" happen 21st April.

I am a repeat customer and my recent experience will keep me as one! I ordered some rings in the incorrect size. Customer service was quick to help and get in a new order for me. Their silicone rings are both comfortable and stylin'!
Terrible Sunglass and Customer Service
Absolutely zero communication on product delivery or ship date. The sunglasses finally show up and they are terrible quality. 80% of the time they are too dark for normal viewing, in direct light they do minimal to block the sun, when the sun is from the side they reflect off the tint of the sunglasses causing really bad glare. They are supposed to be polarized. They are not polarized when tested with a polarized screen. Don't offer a sunglass if you don't know what you are doing.

Customer Service Sucks! I placed an order on 3/1/25. My credit card was charged on 3/3/25. I have tried to communicate with the "Chat", however, the bot, is the only communication I have received. They said to wait for an agent. I waited over 2 hours. No agent ever responded. I still have not received an "Item Shipped" email? We'll see if I ever get my item? I wont be shopping here again!
