I am very disappointed to discover that it is just 1 sleeve. I guess I should have looked at the fine print, for the price I assumed they come in pairs!

Lacking Competent Customer Service

I would give ZERO stars if it was an option.

My husband ordered EIGHT "sleeves" for sun protection, assuming they were sold as sets since most of us have 2 arms, but received 8 unmatched single arm sleeves. He paid $30 for EIGHT single sleeves. SO, I ordered FIVE single sleeves so that he would have some matching sets and was charged $80 for FIVE. I immediately tried to cancel the order once my husband told me he only paid $30 but was told I would have to wait to return them, that "they were already on the way." They were not on the way, but shipped TWO days later. I was planning on returning them for a full refund but a revised invoice in the amount of 38.51 was sent to try to make it right. I agreed to that invoice price instead of the 80.25- rather than return them for a refund. Since then, I have been back and forth with them for a week trying to get the $41 back to my card. They seem to have amnesia and cannot find our correspondence or invoices.

I would stay clear of this company. There are plenty of other places to get hats and sun gear with amazing customer service. Try Rip Curl or Quicksilver!!!

Thought one order I placed was not fully delivered, Jorge emailed me back within 5 minutes and had the problem solved, from my point,customer care was timelines and awesome. My hat is great looking and I will order again

Absolutely love their products

Absolutely love their products. Get compliments all the time on them. They are Great for working in the sun. The biggest thing we love the neck gaiter and arm covers is for Wisconsin’s awful gnat population in the spring and summer. My mom has been hospitalized twice for infected bites from the gnats. These products have helped us be able to not be house prisoners. We can go outside and the bugs can’t bite us. Thanks again Salt Armor! You saved our summer!!

I received 2 of the 3 hats I ordered…

I received 2 of the 3 hats I ordered today. The cowboy hat fit, and the Keys hat was way too small. The third hat (a bucket hat) still shows no shipping information, and it has been 7 days since the order.

I tried to call customer service, but I had to track down the number because it is not listed on the website. An answering machine picked up and gave the same options as the chat I was in for over an hour. The customer service representative I chatted with was able to rectify the fit issue with a different hat. The question about the third hat was basically blown off with a “you get it when you get it” answer. They gave me a tracking link that said waiting for package. Even the website shows no tracking information, but they swear it’s not their issue.

Three things to take into account when ordering from this company. 1 make sure you do not have a big head. 2 don't be in a hurry for your full order or answers to why the piece is missing from your order. Lastly, be ok with them saying that a sticker that could fit in your hand, that is free advertising for them is your $10 gift for ordering.
