I preordered some limited edition items…
I preordered some limited edition items and they ran out of the hoodie I ordered. But they made it right by offering me any other item I wanted and no questions asked. Friendly service and I will definitely order again I love all their apparel.

I placed an order for more sleeves. I deliver mail and I really like the quality. They are breathable and not hot like others I've tried. When I placed my last order, the free item didn't come up at check out. I sent an email. Jorge responded to me the next day and informed me that my free item had been added and shipped. I appreciated his prompt response and his sense of urgency in handling the issue. I have recommended SA to several of my coworkers. They've all been pleased with the products.
Nice quality, but pricey for one sleeve when I have two arms.
I bought a bucket hat from them which seems well made. I later bought a pair of arm sleeves from them off of Amazon. These sleeves are better quality than other sleeves that I bought and stay up better. I decided to get some more and instead of going to Amazon, went directly to the SA website. I ordered 3 different sleeves thinking I would get 3 sets of sleeves. I received 3 sleeves. These things are on the expensive side for what you get to start off with, but they are better quality than some of the others out there, but if you have to double your order to cover both arms, the price is too high and not worth it. I was very surprised at this. Contacting customer service is not easy, as their is no link to the chat or email for customer service on their customer service web site. I had to go to Google and search for SA contact information. Still waiting for them to get back in touch with me.

The way they have navigating the website its not difficult to browse its very simple the company has it so simplified that anyone can easily find what they are looking for its very satisfying that its not hard the company makes it very easy

I ordered one of the straw hats with a sunflower on the brim. Loved the fit, the feel, the look of the hat...but it had a bad spot in the weave (a bit of an opening) that I thought wouldnt wear well. I sent a pic and within an hour I have a replacement hat on the way.

Hats are dollar store quality, customer service is about the same
Customer service is atrocious and the hats are cheaply made. The ones we received were largely damaged and unusable. Alicia and the customer service team are unorganized, unhelpful, and do not stand behind their product. We effectively wasted $1200 for company hats that will end up in the dump. We ordered the beginning of May 2025, finally received the product in July (after multiple attempts at following up for updates which no one ever responded to) and submitted a complaint immediately upon inspecting the hats. They actually AGREED that the quality was extremely poor and they would "remake them." We asked for a refund and a label to send them back so they could see how terrible the quality was. They refused a refund and now won't respond to our emails. Also beware the hats are made in mass in China, the custom logo was printed on a patch and crudely glued onto the hat. The hats were squished so badly in the box to fit as many as possible that at least 20 were damaged during shipping. Absolute waste of money and time and no one should be supporting this company.

Great products and event better customer service! Months after my order I received an email with a “new order” I didn’t placed, got in contact with them and they clear the air and make sure it wasn’t no new order on my name, very polite and professional.

I ordered three hats
I ordered three hats. One of the three came in without the plastic tightening piece that goes in the string. I contacted customer support and provided pictures and they sent out a replacement right away. Great customer service and I will be ordering more items in the near future!
