Efficient renewal process. Reasonable increase in cost

The Staff are always friendly and helpful and deal with my Insurance requirements quickly and efficiently.

I requested a change of name to the policy, acknowledgement was made of the request. But the updated policy have not yet been received.

Simple to review and renew insurance

My phone call was answered immediately and I was able to speak to the claims manager straight away. My claim was dealt with sympathetically as the details involved some bad news. After providing the required information and quotes my claim was handled very speedily.

After receiving an outrageous renewal quote from my previous insurer I checked out Which? who gave Sagic a 'Best Buy' score. Completing the application was very straightforward and excellent value. Fingers crossed that I won't ever have to use the policy!

Excellent, stress free renewal

It was so easy to get a quote and to set up a direct debit , with the different options to pay yearly, or monthly, whatever was easiest for me. Also knowing that this helps the salvation army with the work that it does.

We've been with SAGIC insurance for years. Never occurred to me to leave a review before now, they simply feel like part of the furniture.
The only time we ever made a claim was 20 years ago when somebody broke into a shed and stole my bicycle. They were very helpful and immediately arranged delivery of a new bicycle which (as it happens) was better than the old one. I'm still riding it today.
It would never occur to me to switch to anybody else.

The lady who took my telephone call was most helpful in that she managed to locate the online form which I had filled in for home insurance and which I had mislaid somewhere on my ‘phone! I had a query or two and got a straightforward answer - I did not feel hurried or stressed about taking out this insurance.
