This is a complete scam, took £104 for tickets that weren’t available and still not refunded the money, I had to report to Barclay card as fake website to get money back. Avoid at all costs scam website

Dissapointment and regret
Purchased tickets and received an email confirmation of my 76 euro payment. The email stated that the tickets would come in a separate email. We got to Sagrada Familia on time, and no email was ever sent. This left my family of 5 dissapointment to miss the highlight of our trip to Barcelona on the last day of our visit. How ironic that on Easter Sunday, despite paying, I was denied entry into the church.
I wrote customer service using both email and the chat function. I have not received a response yet.
This is a scam and the website should be shut down.
Sadly, I checked the trustpilot reviews afterwards. A few points about their feedback:
1) They claim to charge more for the "personalized service" they provide. The only personalized service they provide is dissapointment.
2) They claim they are available via email and chat. Again, they have not responded to three attempts to contact them.
Stay away from this company!
I can only assume there are enough tourists who have been scammed here to make this a class action lawsuit.

- first you pay a lot more then the original selling! but you think you are on a official page.
- then you do not get your tickets by mail because the slot you reserved was already taken.
- but you have to mail them again and again. no other options to contact them.

I bought tickets on sagradafamilia-tickets.com for 76 euros for 2 people BUT the actual tickets came from sagradafamilia.org with 52€ for 2 people, in a separate email. They never explained me why it happened and only said that they charge a FEE for their services, which is not disclosed on the website the moment you actually buy tickets. A disaster visit
Because of different terrible reasons we were 20 minutes late for our visit.
The customer service at the front told us to buy new tickets and email to get our ticket money back, it would be very easy.
So that’s what we did.
Unfortunately after a lot of e-mail conversations the customer service refused to give our money back. They were not kind at all and also as I Christian I’m ashamed as how it all went.
Hopefully the employees from this beautiful church will be more respectful and honest to other visitors!!

The company sent me the wrong date tickets, which seriously affected my journey. They made the mistakes but refused not to refund or took the responsibility. They said that the customers could email them at their website or email. I sent two emails, but no one answered. Clearly, cheating again.
