Frustrating time and steal
I thought I was buying official tickets and I didn’t receive the confirmation email with the tickets. I asked around the Sagrada wether someone could find it with order number but nobody could and there was no physical stand for this company. I ended up getting an email saying there were no tickets available for that time slot but nothing about being reimbursed.
Also the price is 8€ more than normal entries. A real fraud

The place is fantastic but I've found…
The place is fantastic but I've found the price really expensive. The audio guide is ok but not so interesting, it describes what we can see. And not so good for children. I was disapointed that we had to pay more to get to the towers. This is very expensive for a family. Only rich people can get access to wonderfull monuments and culture ?

Compré dos tickets con acceso a las torres para hoy 22/01/23 11:15. Al comprar las entradas me llegó el aviso del cobro y los tickets llegarían en otro mail pero nunca llegaron. Envié un mail a la empresa por la incidencia (no respondieron). Fui al horario de la cita y allí compruebo que no es el sitio oficial de venta de entradas. Contacto nuevamente por mail dos veces en 10 minutos y allí obtengo respuesta, me informan que las entradas de las 11:15 están todas vendidas y que recién tienen disponible para las 14:00 de ese día, pero con visita solo a una de las torres. No lo recomiendo, mucho cuidado!
I bought two tickets with access to the towers for today 01/22/23 11:15. When I bought the tickets, I received the payment notice and the tickets would arrive in another email but they never arrived. I sent an email to the company for the incident (they did not respond). I went to the appointment time and there I check that it is not the official ticket sales site. I contacted again by email twice in 10 minutes and there I get an answer, they inform me that the tickets for 11:15 are all sold and that they are only available for 2:00 p.m. of that day, but with a visit to only one of the towers . I do not recommend it, be very careful!

Your selling is a fake. We scheduled for 2 tickets and immediately after being booked a mail said there's no space. There are no refunds a available. A 2nd mail said for a possible re schedule but there's no answer after my reply. A total fake selling

Was charged twice as their online…
Was charged twice as their online booking is not good. When I raised the issue with them they denied I had purchased the ticket through their website despite screen shots proving I had. Had to raise a dispute with my credit card company. Very unhelpful customer service.

Went onto their website to buy tickets…
Went onto their website to buy tickets for the next day to SAGRADA familia. We put in the 20/01/2023 placed the order and thought everything was fine. Got to the church and only then realised that the ticket had changed the dates to the 19/01/2023. We then had to repurchase tickets through the app as the church said anything bar the app has nothing to do with them.
