I'd give zero stars if possible. Placed an order, over a year and no communication other than earlier in 2025. Multiple emails afterwards unanswered, AVOID!

Do not order. I was stupid enough to attempt two orders with Saint Hedonist over the last year.
The first took more than four months and countless emails to arrive - and then they were the wrong size.
Second time, I received an incomplete order with everything again in the wrong size. Was asked to pay for international shipping to return the items and then have the correct pieces sent out, but never happened.
I either got no reply to my emails asking for an update, or after chasing, would be given some time buying excuse or an AI-written response (literally ended with [Your Name]).
Save your money, save your time.

This is a scam site, notice all the perfect reviews and everything constantly on sale. I tried ordering from them (ignorantly) and after 4 months nothing… exchanged numerous emails where they assured me the package was sent and would arrive in 2 days, only to check the tracker and see they haven’t even gotten the package to the delivery company even weeks later. This went on for, well 4 months. Do not trust this site or the liar who runs it.

SCAM! Order took months and never arrived. Emailed and messaged on Instagram. Only got one useless reply. When I asked for a refund their Instagram disappeared

Ordered $100+ worth of products at the end of April 2025. Reached out Mid May about not receiving any updates or tracking. Got a tracking number 5/18 that said a label was created but had never shipped. Reached out a total of 6 times over 3-months to get some type of response on when the order was shipping and never got an answer or my items. Ended up disputing the charge in July. AVOID!

Scammers. They lure people with photos of the product and cut all contact after someone buys it. It’s been 4 months since I fell into it. No responses. They even deactivated their instagram comments so no one can alert people through it.

Total scam!!! Be aware!!!

I ordered over the black Friday period. Nothing was received.
I contacted them in December, they were quick to reply, apologize and created a shipping label only without any further action.

I managed to get my refund claiming the scam on my credit card.

Horrible, tried to contact the company several times without replies. Social media and ads make them seem reliable but really horrible and no help at all. Awful, I wish I had read all these reviews before making my order. Just hoping to get my money back now.

Worst experience ever. I ordered twice on the website and nothing went right either time. The first time I was sent the wrong order. After weeks of contacting the customer service, I was promised to be shipped the right order toge the new collection as a sort of compensation for their shortcomings. This time the original items were still missing. I ordered again, thinking the experience would be better, but this time the order NEVER arrived. Let’s see, if at least the regund will come. Save your money.

This is scam be aware!!! Never receive my order . I was try contact and email them many time. Whatever they said is Lie 😩

Ordered a few items which looked great but was provided no shipping details nor a delivery date or time frame in the end 3 weeks went by with no updates so demanded a refund, the best they could do was apologise.

Terrible experience. They never send me the package, didn’t even sent me an email with the situation and only did so when I threatened to take legal action. Total scam.

Very nice quality for good price. It took a little longer to recieve my order, overall I'm really satisfied.

Extremely disappointed, i placed my order more than a month ago and haven’t even shipped yet or even sent and email with updates.
They have ignore my email and message I sent to them, still waiting for an answer or update.
Not even an option for a refund.

I've placed my order on the 17th of February and paid, but I haven't received anything yet. I've tried contacting the company and sent a couple emails, but no one is responding!

Absolutely appalling service and a complete disregard for customers. I placed an order in mid-December, and as of today, March, 2nd 2025, I have received absolutely nothing. Not a single product, not a tracking number, and not even the courtesy of a response to my multiple inquiries. I have sent two detailed emails requesting information about my order, and I have also sent numerous direct messages through their Instagram platform, all of which have been completely ignored. This is not a matter of a slight delay; this is a complete failure to fulfill an order and a blatant refusal to communicate. After enduring three months of silence and inaction, I have been forced to escalate this matter and open a case with PayPal to retrieve my funds. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from this company to reconsider. Their complete lack of professionalism and their utter failure to deliver on their promises are unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this company at all costs. They do not deserve your business.

I ordered a set of underwear on November 1st.
Only received a confirmation email and a track and trace.
T&T still states: “label created”. No packages send till this day.
No response on my emails asking when they will send my order.
No response on chat ability on their website.
Silence.

Lost my money…

Worst experience ever.

I’ve placed my order a month ago (18Nov) and by this point I haven’t received any updates besides an automated order confirmation email.

I’ve been trying to reach the customer servers this whole time, but only one of the emails was answered, saying “we will look into this”, which they didn’t, since the issue still wasn’t resolved. Ultimately I have no response from the customer service, no product and my money is still with them.

Currently, I’m looking for my options to open a complaint with my bank to dispute the charges.

Don’t repeat my mistakes..
