AVOID AVOID AVOID! Purchased a gimbal, and received a plastic selfie stick. When I emailed them about it they seemed like they wanted to correct the 'error', however, the resolution has taken months of back and forth with no conclusion. As a result as sheet exhaustion trying to communicate with them I agreed to a 50% refund which I have not received despite chasing for a further month and countless emails. My email now do not deliver to them! Complete scammers AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Ordered the Blade X monitor

Ordered the Blade X monitor. Not even close to what I received after more than a month. Have filed a claim with CC company. Merkulas doesn't return calls and the wrong item seems impossible to return. Fortunately CC companies typically fight for you and return your money as they have insurance for this sort of nonsense. Never again.

DO NOT BUY FROM SAINTINE

DO NOT BUY FROM SAINTINE
Important. They will scam you. Perhaps send a product that's worth like next to nothing and do not refund. Stay away from this lot!

A bad treatment via "support" can be expected.

Saw the instagram ad

Saw the instagram ad, ordered the flow stabiliser but received a selfie stick instead. Multiple attempts to contact the seller elicited no response as my paypal account had not enough money so was trying to cancel the order. Paypal has been chasing me for the money even though I told them of my frozen bank accounts.

Having read all the reviews from so many unwary customers who have been duped by Saintine/PengBo Network Technology , I was wondering why Paypal has continued partnering Saintine/PengBo Network Technology to perpetuate their fraud?

Sign up to Paypal free return shipping before returning item

I got scammed the same as everyone else. Opened a case on paypal and won but had to return the item first. I signed up to a Paypal deal that works in the UK which paypal pays for returns shipping costs, it has already been refunded just waiting now for the item to arrive to get my money back from the item. Search (Paypal return shipping on us) in google first before returning item

Ordered (a gimble) on strength of compelling Instagram ad, then became suspicious so immediately cancelled.
Payment had already been taken.
Cancellation ignored.
Worthless selfie stick shipped (very slowly) from China.
Paypal wanted more information from seller and failed to get it.
I have finally been refunded. Hope everyone else is too.

This is a scam company

This is a scam company. I saw an ad on FB videos for the Odake Blade X monitor, and I jumped on the "limited time offer". The video add was high production and looked legit, but the company's website started to make everything feel suspect.
Because there was a countdown timer, I went ahead and placed the order, but the next morning, felt that something was wrong and I immediately attempted to contact the site to cancel. I could find NOTHING. The links in the confirmation email were broken, even the customer service email was false.
I researched the actual monitor, now almost certain I had gotten scammed, and I found the Indiegogo campaign. They had just reached the point of starting to fulfill their backer's orders, and are not selling publicly yet. And the monitors go for 249. In the ad, they were saying it was normally 180, but this was a special introductory price. $180 was the early bird pricing for the very first campaign supporters on indiegogo.
I did find a correct email address for the customer service, but was not getting any responses.
I finally went to PayPal and looked up the transaction, and saw the email of the person collecting the money. I forwarded my emails to him. 2 days later, I am included is a "broadcast message" (I received it twice as a BCC recipient, and no listed name in the to field).
At that point I opened a dispute with PayPal on this. I requested a refund before they ever shipped, and should have received one. Instead, they expedited the shipping.
I received one of those magnifying lenses that you put in front of your phone to make the image bigger. It can't be worth more than $7 bucks -especially from China.
My case with PayPal is still open. but I expect to hear something soon.

Same case as everyone here (Please beware 2nd stupid).

Same case as everyone here.

I purchase "Flow Stabilizer" but got "Selfie stick" instead after order almost 2 month.

That mean, it's too late to ask Credit card company to stop payment to this shop (Tricky 1).

Then, I try to send email to customer service and ask their support. They replied me back very fast and say apologize with the reason that they have a limited benefit for this promotion, so they ask me to accept the goods and will give me more discount 30% (Tricky 2).

Fortunately in Unfortunately, if they give more 60%, I may accept this promotion easily.
