Complete scam! I received a confirmation email after purchasing an item via PayPal. RED FLAG: All the links were dead, so I immediately contacted PayPal and they cancelled the payment before it went through. I also wrote the saintine email address provided with the original email. Surprisingly they wrote back with a tracking # and the "item" is almost here, lol. Ive already been reimbursed, so thanks for the free junk I suppose (whenever it arrives).

I ordered a foldable bike helmet from actcat.com for $35 and all I got was a black $2 baseball cap. This was advertised on Facebook and I thought it would have been reputable. BEWARE

Scammers!!! 1st no delivery, 2nd after multiple mail discussions, low value rubish arrived, 3rd return delivery does not make sense due to return cost I have to pay to China. Hands off!!!

If there’s a negative, I would give it a infinite negative star. These are scumbag people and their ads to scam people need to be removed and blocked permanently. I bought a Flow Stabilizer, just like some of the buyers here and when tried to track, all links failed.

I ordered a monitor extension, the tracking link is invalid and the status page on their website says, the order id and email address are invalid. The contact form is broken. Seems to be total scam! Don't buy from them!!!

Opened a dispute in PayPal.
If ordered using a credit card or PayPal - suggesting you to do the same... There is at least a chance to get your money back!

The same as written hereunder. I ordered a gimbal and received a selfie bot. Since no reactionto the mails I escalated to PayPal...hope this will work.

Bought 2 x Video gimbals for mobile phone via an ad on my Instagram account. Received 2 x cheap selfie sticks. DO NOT BUY from these people. Its an expensive lesson for me to never buy again from instagram adverts

I ordered a 3 axis flow stabilizer and i got a cheap selfie. I tried to contact the saintine and its showing error.

I bought gimbal from this online store and i did not recieve any, it cost me rm167. this is scam

I ordered FlowMotion Gimbal stabilizer through an Instagram ad from Saintine. Paid for expedited shipping and all. total came up to about $50. I saw some people online complain about the cheap quality of the FlowMotion gimbal. They got lucky and actually got the poor quality gimbal. All I got was a telescopic selfie stick lol - of such poor quality that I wouldn't even pay $5 for. There was nothing about that selfie stick that would even remotely resemble a gimbal. They pretty much sent me a $5 selfie stick when I ordered a $40 gimbal + $10 expedited shipping. I went online to demand a refund and their website was down of course. Then a few days later the website is back up but whenever I submit my "contact us" msg it's telling me there's some technical error. No one is responding to my emails either. I know their emails work because I got a response from them before when I inquired why my priority paid shipping order was taking over a month to deliver. Anyways, I would never do business with Saintine again and I highly do NOT recommend Saintine for any products they sell. Scammers from China!

Just wondering how many people have been frauded by this F saintine.store since last september 🤔. Lets join together and we complaint back to paypal and instagram. We need to be rescued. Anyone else know what to do?
