Great at taking your money, but never has any body come back to me to say how you doing? How much weight have you lost? Are you happy? What do you think of our food?

I've done a few meal replacement diets before and this is one of the better in terms of the food. I've been having porridge in the morning and it's really quite nice. I've had a bar or heavenly shake for lunch and again they're reasonably tasty. Dinners not so great, but the spicy Bolognese is passable and the cottage pie has some flavour to it. It's not cordon bleu you do feel like you're eating a bit. And I lost more than a stone in the first month. Some of the deals on offer were really pretty good meaning this is also the cheapest meal replacement I've ever used. Thumbs up from me!

Saints and Sinners were very efficient at sending out orders which were well packed.

I am following the 5 - 2 diet and I have been using these products as an easy way to keeping to the 600 calories on my two 'fast' days.

Starting with S&S is a good starting point. But do your research and the best solution to lose the most weight quickly is a combination of meals, diet companies. [EXTERNAL REFERENCE] has lower calorie, better tasting shakes. The S&S ready meal replacements are approx 500 calories. You can prepare a meal far less than this. Or go for the [EXTERNAL REFERENCE] 'Count On Us' ready prepared meals - many choices at around 280 calories. S&S have good bars, good snacks, soups are great tasting.

So I got a refund in points for an order I sent back. I was asked at the time if I wanted the refund in money in my account or in points, that if I was going to use the company again it would be the same. I agree to have the points. Today I tried to make an order and use my points as well as a promotion code and was told by Saints and Slimmers that the promotion won't apply to products bought with points! So I pay in cash, get a refund in points that are not as good as cash but have not been explained the difference when the refund was made?! I have canceled my order and will not buy again from this company. Will be taking action so my so called refund in now transferred to cash into my account as I do not want the points anymore! I have spent a lot of money with this company and I am not happy with the service. Explained today that is the way the system works! How convenient!

i bought the breakfast and lunch plan , personally i think i should have bought the shakes just as i like those the best , the porridge is ok though a little sweet , im really not keen on the meals and soups but after adding a few fresh herbs it makes them more enjoyable , ive lost 6lbs in 14 days and will continue until ive none of that plan left and i will just buy the shake to get me to my target

I took a week's trial and am now 3 weeks into a further month's worth.
The taste and flavour of the products in general are better that other competing products I've tried. This aspect is of course subjective but in my case I prefer the shakes made with skimmed milk and the bars over everything else. The meals are OK, and I do buy some, but on the whole are a bit samey. I have to say that personally the Tomato Soup is execrable - I cannot stand it; everything else I've tried is OK to very pleasant. On the plus side all the foods are sufficiently filling (provided you drink enough water) to keep you full between meals.

Essentially it's a good way to lose weight quickly and I actually feel pretty good on the diet - a side-effect of perfectly balanced nutrition I guess..

Something to improve on though is information on refeeding. It is very important to come off this sort of diet by slowly reintroducing carbs to avoid insulin bounces and piling on too much weight in a short time. A programme explaining a regime for refeeding would be very helpful to all users.

I ordered the 2 month 600 calorie meal plan... first 2 weeks and I feel great... it is hard but hang in there because I have already lost 6lbs! All the food is tasty the Strawberry Milkshake its delicious delicious delicious!!!

I do not like the vegetable soup tastes like whey/milk... gross...! Sorry S&S... if you could change it that would be great!

Today is the end of week 4 and I am weighing in at 94.4 kg. My start weight was 105.4kg !!!!
I have not used the vegetable allowance but have used about half of the milk allowance daily. I have not cheated at all and don't feel even slightly hungry.
I am very obviously much thinner. I only lost 1kg in week 3 but it has just fallen off again this week.

I've used S&S a couple of times to order meals; I find the structure of 5:2 easy to follow, and their meals are quite tasty for what they are. And I really was quite surprised at just how filling they can make 200 calories of soup!

I've also had to contact their customer services, due to a problem with delivery. The service was excellent, and has increased my confidence in using the service.

There is room for improvement on the website, there seems to be a points feature, which from what I can tell, that doesn't work at all, and there's an aread for "my plan" but again, this doesn't seem to work. BUT these are not features I need from the service, so I wouldn't let this affect your opinion of the company overall.

I have enjoyed most of the food supplied by Saints & Slimmers and would recommend them to anyone I know.

I have lost over a stone and my belt now has 2 inches to spare and all in only 6 weeks.
And it didn't take too much effort.
The food is delicious and ever so easy to organise.
It's that tasty and easy I've ordered another months worth.
Far better than the competitors.

The service has been excellent, but I don't particularly like the product. I had the strawberry flavoured milk shake which I found too powdery when mixed with an electric hand mixer and rather thin on texture and didn't fill me up unlike other shakes. If the product was more a creamy texture I would be happy to carry on using. The product was posted promptly so no problems in that area.

Overall this diet company offer some of the best tasting products around at a great price . Their only downfall is their stock problems allways seem to be out of one thing or another especally the ready made shakes which does put people off trying to re-order

I first tried Saints and Slimmers a year ago. I'd been successful with other diet plans in the past but now found that a busy life was affecting my will power, especially because I didn't have time to track what I was eating during the day and started cheating. I did the breakfast and lunch diet, and was really impressed at how well the weight came off. The first week was a bit tough as my body got used to reduced bulk of food, but having a proper dinner really helps as you look forward to that through the day. Getting on the scales after a couple of days also helped as the weight started to come off soon after starting. I had to stop the diet after a month when I found out I was pregnant, but am now back on it to lose the baby weight. Four days in and I've already shed a couple of pounds... I would also recommend the recipes on their website - my husband and son are both happy to eat the ones I've tried (unlike some other diet plans!) My only criticism is that they don't have great availability on some of their items. For example the breakfast muffins seem to sell out really quickly.

Ordered the vlc diet plan 3 weeks ago and it has been a great help to start me on the road to a thinner me! Arrived the next day after ordering and started the plan straight away. Have pretty much stuck to it for three weeks now( with the odd low carb bite to munch on) and have lost 21lbs! It's tough but definitely worth it. Thanks saints and slimmers.

Great, tasty products. I have lost 10 lb already on the VLCD 600 calorie diet. You definitely need motivation as it is very calorie restricted. Although the products are quite filling so you don't really get hunger pains and I can concentrate and work normally. I love the 100% natural shakes, Thai and veg soups, crisp bars and meals (veg chilli/spaghetti bol etc). It is really easy to follow as all of your meals are planned. Delivery is quick and the products have always been well packaged. Such good value for money too!

The food is good Value and Quality, I have struggled with my weight for years and been on diets to just fail over and over, this is the only thing I have ever done and lost weight with.
