Saints & Slimmers 

Well, the box arrived with the "magic"food that will make me slim!
It isn't magic. It takes will power and hard work but the results are amazing. For me, the best thing about this product is I don't have to worry what I'm going to eat, how many calories it contains and if it's fattening. It's all there, taking care of all my problems. Yes, it's hard, but the hardest thing is realising the difference between appetite and hunger. I confused both. Now I realise I probably have never really been hungry in my life, it's my appetite playing tricks on me. This is all about curbing it and I think I'm winning!

I recommend this diet. It takes away all the worry about planning and organising and it works

I would recommend Saints and Slimmers to anyone. I have used VLC diets for a long time as a weight maintenance tool, but they can be very expensive. S&S are very competitive on price and the delivery was very quick- granted I pay for next day delivery on my orders but was well worth it. After being off a VLC diet for a while, I lost 11lbs on my first week of S&S - nearly a stone! The products are nice and what you would expect for a diet like this...well worth a try!

I would not buy from them. They sent my order which was thrown down by their deliver person at my front door in the rain, when I wasn't home! I complained and said I wanted a new order sent as this was unacceptable. I spoke to someone that evening who was very kind and said he would have another order shipped out. Turned out he didn't know what he was talking about as I got an email from someone saying that was no their company policy. To cut a long story short, I had to return this heavy box myself, having had surgery and not able to lift, well over a week ago and they still have not returned my money. Not good business. People, dont buy from them!!!!!

How can you be taken serious as a diet supplier when you cannot keep things stocked up e.g. muffins, water flavourings. They are not just out of stock for days but weeks on end it's ridiculous.

I love Saints and Slimmers products, they taste great, are easy to use, are a pretty reasonable price and are working for me. What is not working is the delivery courier they use. Hermes. Not for the first time they left a parcel at the bottom of the drive, in full view of the road, in the rain, rather than walk a hundred yards to my door. Needless to say they got the rough edge of my tongue...again.

The main meals were lovely but the shakes and lunch dried packets were horrible. The shakes were by far the worst diet shakes I have ever tasted and the dried lunchtime food was really salty. Sent back for a refund and it took absolutely ages.

Good products and prompt delivery. A frustration is that the product range is limited in the very low calorie range especially when compared to other brands and several products have been out of stock for weeks at a time limiting choice further. I also sent an email and photo of a damaged item received on delivery and did not even get an acknowledgement. On the plus side I like most of the range and the weight is coming off and I have lost nearly 2 stone so far.

I was extremely sceptical about using VLCD diet products but needed to shift a little weight fast. The market is full of a bewildering range of VLCD products but Saints and Slimmers approach appealed to me. After trying a few companies I found they were faster, cheaper, more reliable and the meals and shakes certainly tastier than others. The 7 day bundles are fantastic value and the pick and mix option within them suited me fine. Delivery via Hermes has been very fast and reliable. The information about using the products very helpful and the website very easy to use. VLCD diets aren't for everyone but if the discipline required isnt an issue and you are happy to use this type of food then I would recommend using Saints and Slimmers

Saints and Slimmers is fantastic, a fabulous product that really works! The products taste amazing and the results are better than I could have hoped for. The website is easy to understand and your order is always delivered on time.

Tried the saints and slimmers 5:2 diet and it works really well it all tastes really good and takes the stress out of calorie counting, I mixed the milkshakes with water instead of milk and they still tasted really nice.

Fast delivery, items taste better than other ketosis diets, and no hassle

I had been struggling to motivate myself for ages. This is so simple to do. No special foods to look out for at the supermarket. I love the shakes, soups and salted caramel bars. I have lost over a stone and will do the 5:2 to maintain this when I stop the vlcd diet.

I have tried soooo many diets and at last found one that works for me. It's great No shopping for Special foods or ingredients, and no calorie counting or weighing what I eat .. Its great not to trawl the aisles trying to avoid 'goodies' cos everything barring some fruit and veg is delivered to my door, its always on time and everything ordered is there. The 1000 calorie is my chosen plan and I have lost 10lbs in four and half weeks, and that is a first for Me..never on ANY diet have lost on consecutive weeks. So if anyone out there is thinking to try it , don't hold back go for it. If I can do it, so can you. I really enjoy my dinner every night because unlike a lot of low calorie prepared meals which taste of nothing, these are very very tasty. Plus if your on a budget it works out no more expensive than normal shopping for one person. Unbelievably easy. 5stars

My box arrived quickly. All the meals are yummy. Missing fish though...why is this diet so meat-heavy...thougt fish was healthy!

All the milkshakes are so tasty, my favourites are the Vanilla and Caramel. The salted crispy bars keep me satisfied until the next meal. I like the fact that all the calorie counting is done for you. I really enjoy the skinny Muffins as it's so easy to pop one in your bag if you have to be out over a meal time. I have lost a stone so far, and would like to lose another.

I have made three purchases now from Saints and Slimmers every transaction have been smooth and the best thing is Tom who has gone twice now beyond his duty to help me out despite being extremely busy , this is what sets Saints and Slimmers apart from others Great Customer Service.Also I'm in Essex and if you click the DPD delivery option you get the sweetest delivery person. Thanks to Tom and his help and great customer service skills.

After waiting in all day for a delivery, I contacted customer services, as I was due to go to work, I was due to run out of food packs and needed the food by next day, customer services advised me to leave a note on the door, asking to leave at a neighbours house, which I did, I got in from work, no delivery, I tracked the order which said a calling card had been left, it had not, and also would not need to leave one as should of went to my neighbour, as advised by Tom ( customer service) with no food pack and no calling card I was left in limbo,no contact with courier as no ref no as no calling card! and no idea where they had attempted to deliver my food packs, I reluctantly had to cancel order and get some food packs off my friend for another diet company, to save the hassle of giving a refund a week later I decided to just ask for points, and re ordered some food packs, a problem on the payment page meant the order never went through, so 3 weeks later I finally got my refund, but very cheekily never refunded my delivery fee, saying I cancelled the order after delivery had been attempted, while I'm not to bothered bout the delivery fee, I do find it very very cheeky not to remburce this as the delivery driver must of got the wrong address, and I did everything I agreed I would do with Tom from customer services, need to change courier I think,maybe someone who knows which address they are going to, will never use this company again, feel slightly cheated, and if following the diet, you need your food packs to follow on with diet, not make umpteen phone calls trying to find your delivery !!!!

The shakes are pretty good and once you get used to it it is not at all bad. Good luck to all.

Good range of products. When there was a slight discrepancy with what I ordered and what I actually received, they sent out new products straight away with no fuss.
