Easy diet to follow no counting calories and no calculating. Start loosing weight within the first few days. After two months on the VLCD had lost the weight I wanted and then went onto the 5:2 to maintain weight.
Very easy will recommend to anyone.

I am a male and decided that I need to do something now. I have been on CD 6 years ago and that worked fine, but was very expensive.

Surfing the internet for VLCD, I first saw another company, where I ordered 2 weeks worth of shakes and soups which is all they have. This worked well, but I could not do another 4 weeks without having a meal.

Surfing again, I found S&S and that is just what I needed. The water flavouring I ordered was missing, but one phone call to Janine sorted it out and I got it a week later.
The meals are tasty and filling and the shakes are good(I just use water). I ordered too many shakes and too little bars and meals, but that will have to do. I plan to go straight to the 5:2 after my 28 day VLCD600.

I have lost 1 and a half stone in less than 3 weeks and am quite chaffed with that. I will order my 5:2 stock before I go on holiday as I think the 5:2 will be a doddle to keep to after the VLCD.

25/7/14 Well, I have now lost 2st 4lbs and still going strong. I would like to lose another 2 stone to my goal. Just ordered my next lot for when I come back from holiday. I am going to try and keep on the 5:2 whilst on my hols.

Being online I was a little worried but the goods came within a week. All apart from the cottage pie very tasty, the cottage pie is quite disgusting and I wouldn't recommend it.

In the first week I lost 10lb and I'm feeling it. I'm not hungry or tired.

I would definitely recommend this diet.

Good service, fast delivery and excellent response to email enquiries. Now for the plan, day 6 of VLCD and lost 8lb so far!!! Shakes: tried banana, strawberry and cafe latte, all tasty - made with 250mls milk but I take out 100mls for morning and evening coffee (don't like black coffee much) and make the leftover milk up to 300mls with water - still thick drink and greater quantity. Bars: chewy and tasty, filling and bigger than normal breakfast bars, have with large glass of sparkling water and keeps you going til tea time. Tea: tried Mexican taco, spicy spaghetti Bol and veg chilli, not big portions but surprisingly filling and really tasty with a spicy kick (even my husband thought they were good). Unlike some plans of shakes and bars, having the evening meal really helps keep the temptations away. No headaches or feeling unwell and not felt too hungry but suspect if you don't drink at least 2.5 litres of fluid daily you would!
Only worry now is going back to normal diet next week! But a week at a time is enough for me ;)

Three vital things: firstly, I am not hungry on this diet, secondly, lots of variety of foods and finally, I am losing weight - 8 lbs in my first week. Will definitely recommend this diet.

I ordered my plan on a wed & hoped to start the diet on the mon it was a shame but it didn't arrive till the following thurs so I did a bit of a detox week drinking lots of water and being careful what I ate. I am just coming to the end of my second week of the plan and have lost almost a stone which is fantastic. The food is all ok there has been nothing that I haven't been able to eat it's just some different flavour and textures than I am used to. I have found that even though I am drinking well over 2 litres of water. Day I am really thirsty but it is hot weather at the moment. I have been quite hungry at times but have drunk water through those feelings. I am doing 4 week plan at the moment and I think next time I will change my order to make sure I have a meal pack every day as I ordered too make milk shakes they are all nice but the meal packs make me feel like I have had more of a meal. The porridge is nice my least favourite so far has to be the tomato soup. To be fair. My head is in the right place to loose weight so even though I am cooking for my children and still giving them the odd sweets I am so far managing not to finish off their plates sweets or eat buiscuits with them. Thanks saints and skimmers I seem to be finally loosing the weight which has been stuck to my body since having my third child nearly 4 years ago not only that I think the price is pretty good too especially compared to some of the other plans on the market

Personally I found the soups and meals very tasty and satisfying. The shakes whilst tasty were quite sweet for me and high in sugars which I need to avoid as a type 2 diabetic. The delivery was good and order arrived well packaged.

Hi on day 5 and so far so good. Food is quite tasty albeit you can add a little bit of chilli flakes to the soup. dont feel hungry at all. Hope to get good results and the end of the 28 days. Shakes are a bit boring but filling. You can also make with water if you dont fancy the milk. My fav is strawberry. Would love to try the muffins but they are not in stock.
Would recomend giving this a a try.

I have been on the VCLD diet plan for nearly 2 weeks now, and have lost 6 pounds already. My weight has been static for 10 years now, and I have tried many diets in that length of time, all of them failed.
I found the first few days a bit hard going...but I persevered and my body just accepted the fact that it couldnt have its way anymore. I feel optimistic now that I know I can follow through with this diet. I dont have to continuously worry about how many calories I have eaten everyday, and my chocolate cravings (which were my biggest downfall) have disappeared altogether. I wil be doing another 28 days after this one, and I am confident I will reach my goal weight and change my way of thinking about food for the long term. Thank you Saints and Slimmers !!!!

I have been buying from Saints & Slimmers for few months now, the service is great, always delivered promptly. The foods are delicious, very reasonably priced, great plans to suit most people. I have lost a considerable amount of weight already on their plan and looking to lose more. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to lose some weight and improve the well-being.

i ordered from this company , to find there was some sachets missing, phoned the company and said they will send the sachets out what was missing and 3 weeks later i am still waiting.

Doing 5:2 - The shakes are tasty and don't feel like diet drinks, I could drink them all the time, not grainy, taste like melted ice cream/milkshake.

Was apprehensive about the evening meals but having tried them I am converted, well seasoned, very filling and extremely tasty.

Having my fast days makes me more careful of what I eat on normal days.

I have lost 9lbs so far and I have just ordered some water flavouring.

Order received within a couple of days of placing the order, very impressive, the customer service is very good with staff who speak with you not machines!

The only thing I wish they would change is the boxes on the order sheet that you have to plus and minus, it would be easier to just punch in the number you want as currently it's very time consuming when ordering larger quantities.

Defo recommend, so far so good! Ordered a 7 day pack to see what i liked then ordered the 28 day pack from the products i chose. I think the prices are good and sometimes there are offers-keep your eyes out! The shakes and meals fill you up until your next meal time. Defo drink plenty of water. Day 5 on a vcld 600 and ive lost 5lbs upto now.. Enough to keep me motivated!! Delivery is good too.

I have been really pleased with S & S meals & shakes. I have been using the full replacement option of 600 calories and have found it reasonably easy. In the first two weeks alone I lost 1st 2lbs total. To be honest I'm not so keen on the porridge flavour but with more stevia added (I use Truvia) it is more palatable. Maybe I have a sweeter tooth! Love having a hot meal that I can actually chew - not tried the replacement cereal bars as yet. The only reasons I did not give it 5 stars was I have in issue with the order form format as I work in a school and it showed on the dropdown for the address but on the parcel just had the road name no mention of the school - therefore I had to chase my parcel via both S & S and Yodel. DPD were brilliant though on second delivery. Final gripe losing that last star is the stock levels are poor sometimes when you want to order. Overall though very satisfied!

Have lost 5 and half stone using these products. ... ofcourse you have to have willpower but if you really want to lose weight... give this vlcd a go

i ordered my 28 day bundle yesterday got it deliverd today paid for next day i am so happy with the prices as i am a single mum i foundcambridge diet and lighterlife far too expensive that why i couldnt stick to it .anyway i am all set to start on monday cant wait. i will come back with a review next week to how it taste thank you s&s cant wait to get started

It's a great diet that is guaranteed to help you lose weight. Food packs are of high quality but the biggest problem is products are consistently out of stock which means I have been settling for flavour I really don't like and this has put me off the diet. If the stock levels improved and items were always available I'd be tempted to start again. I know most customers feel this way from the Facebook page. It's such a shame as diet really does work but I need choice to succeed and stock levels don't allow choice.

Tried all other shakes and diets and CDiet is so expensive, so decided to give this one a try. Drinks taste really good although I mix them with water no skimmed milk and add ice. Bars are tasty so I have 2 drinks and a meal or 1 bar and 1 drink plus a meal.
