Ordered Dec 1st, Biggest Buyer Beware OAT

Ordered Dec 1st in good faith due to perceived quality. Never got my pre-order since then and its midway through February so I reached out. Got told it was in transit so I left it alone for a while. Messaged them again and waited 2 weeks before I was given a response. Said my order was on the way (never received a tracking number email since I was told my package was in transit), waited over 2 weeks AGAIN for a response, only to end up getting one when I put them on blast on my Instagram telling them to respond to me. Was told I would be refunded but never received it.

As of this writing, they have since "banned" me from wearing their clothing and ever purchasing for "defaming" their business. They delete comments of people calling them a scam or asking for refunds, and keep up the ones that make them look good. Hundreds of customers never received their packages, and its clear this is a small team taking on a task bigger than they can handle OR - they are simply scam artists.

Either way, customers beware. Bad service, bad logistics, terrible customer service and overall THE WORST BRAND I have ever ordered from.

SCAM

I placed an order on December 1st, spending a significant amount, and the emails said it was a pre-order and that the package would be shipped after the Christmas holidays. The package never arrived, and we arrived in February. I wrote several emails to find out what had happened to my order, and I was given confirmation of both its preparation and shipment. However, this never actually happened, and I was sent an email saying that the tracking number for the package had yet to be sent and that I should receive an email from the shipping company. Obviously, I still haven't received any emails, nor the package. The worst thing is that they even used a video with Lamine Yamal to advertise the brand; it would be a huge scam, also damaging its image. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING, DON'T BE SCAMMED TOO.

SCAM

SCAM, they are using AI photos from real people to put in their clothing brand as promotion. Ordered my items months ago, never received them.
