Do not buy anything from this website,bought a tshirt which was never delivered and the response to my emails was zero.

Items ordered and never arrived. It's a scam. Simple as that. Better avoid.

The worst decision I ever made was to trust and buy from this stupid company. Never received anything ther was no communication whatsoever and its been 2 months now. Any way we can sue this company please update as i would love to see then get what they deserve jail time.

Have not received my order and it’s been over 2 months and emailed numerous times and have had no response at all.

Total scam. Ordered from them since Aug 5. Got a confirmation email for delivery by Aug26 but Nothing received. Sent an email Aug30 and was told it’s because of the holiday. Emailed them now to see what’s happening with the order only to receive ‘email address not found’.
I’ll be chasing this up with my bank now.
Bloody scammers that can’t make good of their life

Ordered a single T-shirt over a month ago had very little response then none at all when asking for both an update then refund. Horrendous scammers it’s a miracle the site is yet to be taken down.

Please beware that this retailer is a front for a scam.

All their products are either copied images elsewhere from other retailers or created via AI.

The 'Sale' promotion looked too good to be true, and unfortunately it was. After more than 5 weeks, my 'order' still hasn't been delivered.

Please do not hand your money over to these scammers.

I was not given a confirmation number, order number or tracking number. I’ve emailed them but they have not responded and it’s been 3 weeks since I’ve ordered and one week since my last email. Thought I’d support this business but I don’t recommend anyone purchase from here. Very bad service and shouldn’t even be in business

Horrendous customer service!
Been trying to contact these over my order which I haven't received for 6 weeks! Still no reply to 4 emails over a refund or an update as to where my order is!

SCAM! don’t use this site as I never received my order or any response to emails. I have now had to go through my bank to try get my money back as they don’t respond and I ordered nearly 2 months ago! Save your money and go elsewhere

Been waiting 28 working days for my parcel with its confirmation of postal on the 28th of JULY (it’s now the 4th of September)

Had minimal reply’s from the company themselves and I’m practically being ignored at this point

It's a scam. AVOID

This company is an absolute joke. I ordered a T-shirt on 25/07. On 29/07 I got an email saying my order was “on the way.” On 01/08 I asked for a tracking number. They replied on 02/08 asking me for my order number information. I sent it again on 03/08.

Then came silence. I chased them on 05/08, nothing. I DM’d their Instagram on 13/08, nothing. Finally, on 15/08, I got a vague email claiming my order had been shipped “a while ago,” but was either lost or sent to the wrong address. Their solution? Either a replacement or a refund.

On 16/08, I asked for a reship of the T-shirt plus a refund for delivery, since my order was already massively delayed. Weeks went by. On 29/08, I emailed again, this time saying I didn’t even want the T-shirt anymore, I just wanted my money back. Since then, all I’ve had are automated lies about “responding within 48 hours.” Weeks later, still nothing.

The customer service here is beyond disgusting. They blatantly ignore customers, make excuses, and break their own promises. Their “Shipping Policy” is equally misleading: they boast “free delivery on all orders,” yet their site clearly says you need to spend £30 to qualify.

And if that wasn’t enough, the brand itself is riddled with errors. Sometimes it’s called “Saints Atelier,” sometimes “Saints Artelier.” They can’t even spell their own name consistently. On their “Diner Tee,” they even managed to spell pizza wrong. Imagine walking around in public wearing a brand that can’t even proofread its own designs before printing them.

This isn’t a business—it’s a scam dressed up as a clothing brand

It would seem they’ve sold ‘cheap’ t-shirts to sell as many as possible to take the money and run…Looking at other reviews below. Order placed a couple of weeks back and nothing heard since, no reply to emails. Very poor customer service from a company I imagine won’t be around for much longer

Not received my items

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND!
I ordered t shirts and it’s been 14 days, no sign of the parcel, no postage info, nothing!
Emailed to enquire about my order and got a reply saying “Delivery on time” clearly a lie as it’s supposed to be 3-5 working days.
I’ve sent an additional 3 emails since and haven’t heard back for a week.
