No information about customs fees, and the leather jacket runs small.

Sizes totally different, my size is extra large. I ordered two X large didn’t even fit. I contact her seller. Emailed text and WhatsApp no response whatsoever so that reason I wouldn’t recommend

I have asked more than once to return this item but label and and return instructions have yet to make an appearnace!

i had an issue with my jacket that was a birthday gift, rust in buttons that lead to damage the leather, I have to return it, the zip is not bidirectional as in the pictures, i will update if the situation get better,
the model was: 6KT4

I purchased a 44T9 Men's Biker Jacket – Black from Aviatrix Leather (order #1639, December 2024; final jacket received February 2025 after a size exchange).

After around 10 months of only occasional, normal use, the inner lining ripped on both sides at the seams where the sleeves attach to the body. This is not what I would expect from a jacket of this type and price, and it appears to be a material or manufacturing defect rather than normal wear.

I contacted Aviatrix Leather twice regarding a warranty claim (December 12 and December 21, 2025) via the email address listed on their website for returns and warranty matters. I received no response. I then sent a formal written notice asserting my statutory warranty rights under EU/German consumer law, again without any reply.

At this point, the main issue is not only the product defect, but the complete lack of customer service and failure to respond to legitimate warranty claims. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from this company.

I have just received the leather military parade style jacket I ordered from Aviatrix Leather and to say I am delighted with it is an understatement. Not only is it of superb quality but it fits me perfectly thanks to the outstanding customer service and advice I received, from a real human being no less, who advised me personally about which size she thought would fit me. She was spot on!! Having extensive experience of buying online from other retailers, I had got used to the usual sub-standard and impersonal customer service and was therefore amazed at Aviatrix Leather's very prompt and helpful response to my questions. I do not often write reviews but I simply had to in this case. My experience is that this is a trustworthy company which sells excellent quality products and demonstrates a caring attitude towards its customers. I have absolutely no hesitation in very highly recommending them.

Package held up in customs with missing documents and no response so far. Until a prompt and effective response is received, I will maintain this rating and then rate it...

Great leather and design!
My first aviatrix jacket is now 9 years old and looks even better as it's ages! So I bought a new one and looks great and sizes are accurate.

Delivery went smoothly and jacket was very good.

Great jackets ( my 3rd) but you need your go to one to two sizes on your usual size.
Really soft and comfortable leather.
My two older ones have been very durable

Lied to me when advising they would refund the postal charge I spent as they were having 'issues' with their postal supplier. As soon as they received the jacket back they went radio silent despite multiple emails requesting they refund the postal charge which they had agreed too. I would avoid this company at all costs as they are not true to their word

Order process is quite easy and quick. But the delivery isn't. Moreover, the additional IOCP costs of UPS (20 €) for international shipments were not mentioned. Unfortunately, also the response times of the customer support are delayed and the exchange process obviously is complicated. It's a pity, because the product itself is very good.
